Chatime Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Mississauga

I've visited this location several times since their soft opening. Drinks have been made correctly each time. The tearista's are very friendly and good at making the drinks every time I've been there.

This location has something new that I haven't seen at other locations so far. They have two self-serve kiosks where you can place your orders at. I haven't used it yet since I have gift cards to use.

The only thing I can think of that needs to be addressed are the lids for the hot drinks. The lid doesn't fit on the cup as it pops right off from just holding the cup. I asked the tearista to seal the...

I’m really upset with Cha Time. I ordered a bubble tea that was advertised with crema, but when I received my drink, there was no crema at all. It's frustrating to pay for something that was advertised and not get what you were promised. It’s disappointing to see such poor attention to detail, the drink now taste like water and it's going to the garbage, GARBAGE Service. I’m a regular Chatime goer at the Burnhamthorpe and Sq1 locations, and decide to visit this location today. And I can’t express how incredibly upset at the drink quality I received and the wait times. Both drinks were bland with absolutely no flavour. The one drink I requested for QQ and no ice came with only tapioca and the regular amount of ice. It took 20 mins to make 2 poorly made drinks with only 2 other drinks before me , and the person who ordered after got their order before me as well. I paid almost $9 for each drink so at least...
