The first time we ordered - our pizza's were squished we were given a credit The second time we ordered - to use our credit for a 1st birthday party the pizza took over an hour and half when i called to follow up was told it was waiting for pick up - nobody asked for pick, so they brought cold pizza to my house that was sitting out when we complained again the manager offered a 50% discount for our next.
Super bowl decided to use our 50% off coupon thinking third times a charm - NOPE! explained when ordering i was using my 50% off - the delivery lady comes my door - says she doesn't know how to do this.. argues with me - when i ask for my receipt to call to complain AGAIN! she says oh my machines out of paper - half time show i get a call on my phone my pizza order payment didn't go thru can I come to the store to pay for it - confused i inquire apparently when the machine out of paper transactions don't go through. I declined, that's not my issue - no have I EVER been satisfied with any of my service from any of the times I ordered - normally I'm very understanding. She hangs up says shes coming back with the machine, 45 minutes later she calls back asking me to e-transfer the money to her ... I Declined, my purchase was made via debit machine - delivered. This location is HORRIBLE for customer service.. after all this they still tried to argue my 50% off when coming to my front door, over 3 hours after I received my order!

Read morePlaced an order for pizza at 4:55 pm. An hour later we called to see what was going on with our order, as it was saying on it's way for 25 minutes. The worker placed me on hold for 10 minutes trying to get a hold of the driver. Then he came back and told me he couldn't reach the driver and said he couldn't tell me what time the pizza would come and hung up the phone. A few minutes later, the driver called me and asked if I had cash, because she broke the debit machine. When I said I didn't have cash, she said she had to go back to the store to get another debit machine. I said I've been waiting an hour already and that my food would be cold by the time it would be delivered. She then hung up on me. I called the store back and the worker placed me on hold for a few minutes. Then the call disconnected. I called again and said she spoke to the driver, got her side of the story and asked what I wanted to do. At this point, I was so fed up with how we were treated with no regard and no basic customer service skills. No apology, nothing! We will never be ordering from you again and will tell everyone we know about the horrible service from this location.

When i went in, the guy recognized me and said it will take 5 more minutes. I said ok, 15 minutes pass by i ask another employee he asked if i have uber order, i say no online order, he goes away and doesnt attend me. They both come back and say my order is not placed here. After acknowledging my presence 3 times. This place was not busy only 1 more customer was there in person. For some reason today the app glitched out and placed my order in Toronto even though my location is set to this one.
When i asked why they wasted 20 minutes of my time, they said they thought i was here for uber driver. Just because im a brown dude. Felt disgusted and couldnt even stay there to tell them off.
