Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Mississauga

Don't get me wrong I absolutely love Chipotle and the food is super yummy, I will continue to go. Loyal customer here. However already 2 times I have been cheated from this company with my points collected.

First time was this month (Apr 2025) Chipotle has a deal for 800 points you get queso blanco and chips. I did not want it but the employee at the time said it did not go through when it was scanned. However 800 points were deducted 2 times for the employee asked me to scan it again. Did not get anything but lost 1600 points and CS said they are unable to put points back onto the account when an email was sent.

Second time was today April 7th, 2025 and I was going to use the extra protein 700 points and same thing again. Points deducted and was told by an employee to go to the scan part again. This time around I did not do that for I knew another 700 points would be lost. I paid for the extra protein with more lost points.

So I’ve been very happy with other Chipotle branches but this one sucked. My wife and I both hate cilantro but we’re always able to order rice without cilantro but my server at this location asked her manager I’m front of us and he then shook his head so she straight up refused and then when questioned about it, they gave a bullshit reason for why they “don’t do that”.

It honestly just felt like they didn’t want to put in the effort to get us the rice without cilantro (even though I was the last in-line) so we left because it wasn’t worth the argument. Literally every other branch has done this without issue so it’s frustrating that this place just decided they didn’t want to.

I eat chipotle sooo often and it’s never tasted this bad. I had to drown it in Tabasco and black pepper because it is actually gross. There is no flavour plus everything is cold. I’m truly disappointed. The atmosphere isn’t bad tho, it’s super clean and who ever is on cash is super nice, but the lady sharing the food is hard of hearing. I said extra corn, she repeated and put extra sour cream……. Now I’m eating a sloppy mess. I can see that they’re doing interviews which I am really happy about because they need new chefs IMMEDIATELY!!!!! I was looking forward to this bowl and y’all let...
