Worst experience ever! I am a regular customer , but will not be back anymore.
March 5 evening I ordered mobile order on the App. When I arrived, I told the lady I am picking up for “my name” order, then she told me no, she need order#. Ok, then I told her my order number. And she said no, she need to see my order! Ok, then I opened my phone, and showed her the order on my app. Then She said no, she need to see the text message on my phone. I told her sorry text message is on husband phone , he is in the car waiting, then she asked me to recite my husband phone# and whatever she looks like typing something. Finally it took me at least 5 minutes to get my order. But you know what is the funny thing ? The one who behind me to pick up her mobile order, she just gave her name, and took one second to get her order which is exactly what I provided at the beginning! Why the hell I need to go through all these to get my order?
To Owner: please advise how the employee was trained, why not the standard process to pick up the mobile order? Your employee is clearly targeting me and this is not the way a customer should be treated.
I have been ordering mobile order many times in different Coco locations, when pick up orders, some asked for the name, some asked for last digital order#, this is the first time someone asked way more than what should be provided, next time maybe I need to show you my credit card...
Read moreExtremely bad experience at this place Firstly, I was standing at counter to place my order. The lady at the counter kept on staring at me while she was putting other orders and drinks in plastic bags. I kept on waiting for at least 10 minutes while she looked that I was waiting and continued completing other orders. Not once did she mentioned that she will be there to take my order.
Secondly, my drink was horribly prepared. There were items missing from the drink or there were not enough. I realised that when I was few miles away. I called this place and they mentioned that they will replace my order if I come by.
I drove all the way to get my order replaced and then they started arguing that there is nothing wrong with the drink. They were extremely rude and literally started fighting with me saying that this is how drinks are prepared and there is no possibility that they will make any sort of error. AFTER MAKING ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY !!!

While waiting saw multiple walk-ins come and go with their order. After waiting over 30 min for my order I decide to go in and check on the status of my mobile order, which the staff then acknowledged and gave the excuse they were too busy with prior orders and would work on my mobile order immediately. Waited another 20 min (now a total of almost 50 since my order was first placed) and I finally receive my order ready update. After picking up my order, I noticed my Mango smoothie which should logically be of orange/yellowish color was dark brown. Asked the staff about it and no apologies or any acknowledgement, took the drink and remade it. Now having to wait another 5 min.
