Update: My below review was after my first visit. My next few varied between a similar experience or a less than satisfied one and it all depended on who the employees were that day. Some have a hard time understanding the order, I had to repeat often, one step at a time. The habanero sauce in our wraps was non existent to the point I had to take it back and ask for sauce to add to the wrap, at which point the woman who made them said it would cost me extra until I disputed that insanity, and the manager unwrapped it and added more. So again, this varying experience can very clearly be attributed to the cause I stated in my last paragraph.
The only good Tim Hortons left in the city.
The wraps are actually full size, unlike other locations that give you half a wrap with meager and atrocious ingredient distribution and quantity; this location had every ingredient in every bite with a satisfying amount of ingredients. Pastries were fresh, soft and the stuffed donuts actually have an abundance of filling, unlike other locations where you don't get filling until the last bite.
Ordering process is easy and accurate; I don't have to repeat myself 10x and have my order still wrong. All the customizations were on point. Food is fresh, and quantity you get for the money actually makes it worth it. Staff is friendly and courteous on top of it, greeting customers upon entry. The facility was clean, as were the washroom facilities.
The quality difference between this location and all others I've been to is night and day, and it reminds me of the Tim Hortons from back in the day. There's been a marked reduction in overall Tim Hortons quality since the demographics of the franchise ownerships and employees had drastically swung in one distinct direction, but this location is one that hasn't followed that...
Read moreJust now at 757am, I am coming here for breakfast not to be treated rudely by the staff: The angry-bothered tone of my server on the extreme right was unprovoked and in a forward tone with me so I reflected that tone back to her and made my order. She had me waiting to give her my money as payment for a long time. So, I told her that I will leave it by her register. That must have upset her. She placed my change on the counter as an apparent retaliation. No eye contact, smile or salutation. Just cold I said nothing and searched for a napkin rather than return to my abuser. I needed napkins which they didnt consider asking me if I needed any. I took it from the dispenser at the far left. They serve food there but usually make people guess where, instead of telling them. Along comes another staff with dirty blonde ponytail to try micro- managing me., saying that I need to ask first. No greeting, just correction. I replied that people are accustomed to a napkin dispenser at Tim Horton and how to use it. I also said that they are usually left out. I left very bothered. I couldnt take anymore annoyance as I was hungry at the time.so, I had to write my thoughts here. I should have gotten a receipt. I was the guy with black cap and coat with hoodie and beige pants. Please train or change locations of those staff to great people who look different from them in a positive way and...

Dec 26 24 Update - These guys are a joke! Promises of making contact has been an epic fail! Avoid this location at all costs unless you like “flies protein” with your donuts!
As an aside Fortino’s bakery has better donuts!
June 26 25 - Update on this location. New owner reached out & offered either a dozen donuts or a refund. She inherited the problem & didn’t have to do that. Because of that I changed the ratings from 1 stars to 5 stars.
Thank you Mary Ann. I was finally in area & took you up on your offer. It’s much appreciated.
PS. The store is much cleaner & no flies...
