I ordered pizza on two different occasions. I took a picture of both of the pizzas they delivered. The first one was completely burnt, & the slices were moved around like they took the pizza apart for some reason. The pizza was completely inedible, I am feeding my kids this, burnt pizza. They were so rude on the phone, they kept informing me that they were busy, at 10pm, that's ok but please give a proper pizza to feed my starving kids, who love Domino's Pizza BTW. I live in a condominium, the delivery on both occasions never dropped it off at my door. They always did it before, but now they won't. One time the delivery person "said your pizza is here" I waited then call him back, he said I left it down stairs. OMG why are they doing this, such bad customer service, and the pizza fell to one side. I called back on both occasions and they delivered me cold pizza to replace the burnt pizza and the pizza that fell to one side. I got my money back on both occasions. Please don't get pizza from this place, the manager is very rude, yelling at me saying " what should I Do" explaining him self why my pizza were cold and burnt. Read moreExtremely poor customer service when it comes to client's queries after purchase. Ordered from this location more than once. Last time was on June 8th 2022, for over $200 for a corporate event. The amount that appeared on the invoice they provided was less than the actual amount charged, which is fine, as we wanted to give a huge tip to the delivery person. We have been calling and emailing for a week now to just get a copy of the right invoice with the correct amount, as it needs to 100% match the amount that we were charged for, and we're being completely ignored, which is completely frustrating. I've never seen this in 5 years of being a client at Domino's. They're 'Call Us' number is a ghostown and they have no Finance department accessible to the clients. I do not understand how a very simple query (just print it out of your Debit/Credit machine) is so complicated to resolve. We have absolutely no traces of the full amount that was paid to Domino's, and not giving an invoice that reflects that, violates the regulations of Canada Revenue Agency. Read moreWish there was a zero start. Regular customer of dominos. Firat and last time ordering from this place. Employees dont speak English that as the major concern. Second, I ordered and an hour later still no pizza, when I called the store the girl said she doesn't know where the driver was, really u dint know. After that I called again to see if I can just get a refund. The girl just kept on saying maam maam. Nothing explained. Another 3o min later I ask the girl for her name to which she says we arent allowed to give the name out. I called from a different phone number and she answered saying dominos pramjit speaking, LOL really I thought u csnt givw out names. 20 min later the pizza js here. I payed onlin and the driver made me pay again saying it didnt fo through. I called the store as I was 2 charges on my statement an the a different nice girl said omg no u payed ehy did he charge you. Anyways now I have to go speak to the manager and actully gwt my money back. Worst experience will deffinately not recommend to anyone as well as will definatwlly contavt the headoffice.
