🥘☕️ This place specializes in halal meats ranging from sausages, burgers, ribs, Jamaican patty, turkey, halal bacon strips, jerky, chicken & beef baloney, beef & steak pot pies, steak, pepperoni, and much more (honestly, they have a lot to offer which is good mashaaAllah!) They also offer sandwiches, hotdogs, and burgers to go. Our go-to is the double-decker. The price matches the quality and is worth the drive. Their quality hasn't changed and I've been coming here frequently for almost 3 years now.

Lovely little spot for Halal deli meats and sandwiches!

While it may be a small shop the quality is huge! With fridges filled with a variety of meats such as burger patties, sausages and sliced meats you’ll also find that you can order some of the best sandwiches you’ll find off Cawthra.

Their Reuben is their top seller and I can see why! During our visit they were completely out of their (house made) sauerkraut which speaks volumes for quality.

The woman behind the desk was quick to suggest ordering the corn beef and dressing it like their Reuben as an alternative which was equally as delicious.

Also had the opportunity to order their classic chicken sandwich which included some of the best deli style chicken I’ve ever had.

Both sandwiches were made on fresh marble rye.

Unless you know what you're looking for you could easily drive by this place without knowing what you're missing. Inside the small storefront customers will find a small counter for taking orders and freezers filled with halal beef, chicken and lamb products.

Their menu is filled with what you'd find in a typical deli with items such as pastrami, corned beef, smoked turkey, etc. I came for the Montreal smoked meat sandwich and I wasn't disappointed at all. The sandwich was packed with tender meat and actually had a little bit of spice to it, which was a very good thing.

Friendly people, family owned and they serve a damn good Montreal smoked meat sandwich. One thing to keep in mind is that they do get pretty busy so be prepared for a wait. I would suggest calling in your order.
