Concern over the Treatment of Employees I'm writing to let you know how deeply concerned I am about an incident that happened at your branch today. This afternoon as I was finishing my lunch, a female employee approached the lobby, visibly upset and in tears. It was distressing to see her in such a state, and even more concerning was the fact that none of the other Tim Hortons employees seemed to step in to assist her. I approached the employee & asked her and she informed me that her Store Manager, Liz had been shouting and scolding her. I understand that working at a busy place like Tim Hortons can be challenging, having worked in Tim myself for the past two years, but I find this treatment is totally unacceptable. In any work environment, it is crucial that managers support and encourage their staff rather than resorting to negative behavior. I believe that as a customer, it is important for me to voice my concerns when I witness such incidents. Employees work hard to provide excellent service, and it's disheartening to see them subjected to this kind of treatment. I urge you to address this situation promptly and ensure that employees are treated with respect and consideration. Read moreBefore I start this review , I just want to say that the manager is a very nice lady who said she will address the matter but let me start off by saying this establishment filled with Indians who speak in their native language while at work which is very unprofessional! I purchased tea ,doughnuts and a croissant but the cashier walked away after dealing with the customer before me , as the line was getting longer , I asked if anyone is going to serve us and the supervisor by the name JAS gave me a rude and angry look and said obviously! She’s making the drinks for the customer and looked back at me while walking away , so I asked to speak with the manager in which they lied and said she’s not here but a supervisor is and it was JAS so I asked to speak she a manager and she said she’s not here which is a LIE. Then an employee name ARSH started pointing at me and speaking in her native language, so I said what did you say ? And she said I wasn’t talking to you and I said but you were talking in your language about me and she said so I wasn’t talking to you and I asked her name which I have on recording and she said sinbad or something and walked away , while they speaking in their language in the back , the cashier who originally walked by us and ignored me said the manager is coming and that’s when I spoke to the manager who said she will deal with the matter but this needs to go to the headquarters as this...
Read moreI placed a mobile order and went to pickup the items. When I reached the store it was me and another customer waiting for someone to assist us. We saw 3 people in the customers table and there was no one in the counter. The lady who was there before me asked them if someone is coming to help us or not. Then the lady staffs started yelling at us and came to counter. And two other people came from the back room. I am not demanding people to cut off their breaks to help us atleast let someone know that there’s customers or always be there someone at counter? We waited almost 10 mnts before we asked them if someone’s coming to help us. And the way we were treated was terrible. Nobody deserves to be treated so rudely. Because we politely asked if someone’s gonna help or not. We also have places to be. I am actually not even worried that none of the items I ordered was not available but this behaviour was seriously hurtful. I ordered a cold brew and a loaded chilli and both were not available. I have also worked in Tim Hortons for some time, I truly consider that as a very good experience. And i feel really sorry for how pathetic Tim Hortons employees have become.
