Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

Hello! Not to be insensitive but even leaving this review is difficult because Google is getting pathetic much like Gino's pizza. With honesty sadly. 🥲

With honesty as I try to leave these reviews just like this pizza shop has gotten worse. I apologize if you think I'm being mean. This place is garbage now.

Personally I think that they changed owners. One day I was having a breathing problem and spit on the window and the staff member freaked out like a loser.

The pizza here is okay. I think that the reason this business survives is because the number of kind teenagers in the area who support it for lunch.

With respect westdale mall is managed like a complete failure. Don't know who runs this local shopping plaza but many vendors are arrogant rude and conceited.

Please if you're a local resident take care of yourself. I'm actually leaving this review as I walk around the parking lot. Even this review is becoming difficult.

I mean with respect to everybody that something's going wrong with this pizza shop this mall and many reviews and things related to google. Honestly.

Stay safe have a lovely meal if you enjoy Gino's pizza that's okay cuz I don't hate Gino's pizza I just hate the local business owners who seem arrogant and rude.

I would recommend you go to Double-Double pizza 🍕 or the pizza pizza on the corner. Honestly I wish that most of the business at westdale could be closed.

People in this area seem very kind but it seems to be related to cheap business owners like this Gino's pizza which used to be better. Please stay safe.

Every time I touch my phone like this pizza place it is seeming to get worse. Do not listen to Italian people whether they say they are a genome or a Gino.

By the way this review just got more pathetic by trying not to say to go to Gino's pizza and it came up with oregano and everything that's so sad and pathetic.

Remember with respect that Google sucks like this pizza shop and they can't seem to get things sorted out. Sorry for my bad review but this place...

I honestly wouldn't bother ordering ahead online, because you'll just get multiple calls asking if you can show up earlier - and calls to continuously ask you whether or not you are close. I made an online order to be picked up at 6:45pm. I was called once by "customer service" (not shown on this screenshot, it's from another number) to ask what my order was even though I placed it online so they could see that , then I was also asked to verify the location I was picking up from, again, information they already had. I was then called again to ask if I could pick it up early, in which I said no... I made it for 6:45 for a reason; I was driving back from Milton in the early evening traffic. As I'm still driving back, I get another call asking if I was coming or not. Again. Yes. I'm on the way. I got another call from a different number, so I called Gino's (the outgoing call) and said yeah, I'm 5 or so minutes away, I'll show up.

I get in to the under construction plaza, and I walk in to get my pizza - whether he was trying to get funny or not - after 3 calls and 2 calls from a different number - I wasn't wanting to walk in and immediately hear "3 mediums? Finally." In which I responded "yeah well, I also made my pickup for 6:45 so.." - officially picking it up at close to 7pm because, again as previously stated, traffic.

Pizza tasted fine, but I wouldn't say it was worth being randomly hounded to come earlier and continuously asked when I was showing up, with a snide comment made to me when I did show up to pick up my order. 🙄🙄. Next time I'll just pick up from the ol' faithful Streetsville location. Much better there 🤘🏻 Also no gloves or beard nets, dude was just drinking an iced Capp...

Yesterday I was in Gino Pizza after long time and I live near by but I don’t go that often and in mean time employees working there are changed and look like international students and I ordered medium pepperoni pizza and payed 10$and when I asked for dip he said that cost extra like 11.50$ and I said I thought that’s included with pizza then he said what dip you want and he gave me but tone of his voice was rude and not professional I went outside and I saw again poster with pepperoni pizza prices and dip included and I came at door and I said to him yea dip already come with order and not separate pay and he said ok I already gave you just go and made gestures with his hands like leave and I told him that he’s rude the way he talk and to learn how to talk with customers.I don’t think that I will go there again anytime soon or maybe ever unless different people work cause this new people who work in evening don’t have any costumers skills at least (guy with beard) who was when I entered just sitting and acting rude ,I was there before many times but this is my only bad experience and with new employees working ,I will think twice where to buy pizza and maybe only go there if different...
