The service was extremely disappointing. I frequently order from Gino’s Pizza, as I live around a 5min walk away and I have never encountered any issues until today.
I spent 1h waiting for my order. Instead of apologizing the girl working began to argue.
We placed our order and went to pick it up after 20min, we were told to wait another 5min. We waited. After 30min without receiving our order, we asked again. The girl told us it would be just a few more minutes. Meanwhile, another employee left to do a delivery order. He completed his delivery and came back to the store while we were still waiting. Her "few minutes" turned into 1h
She should been honest when we arrived and let us know they were busy and just started our order, it would have been fine. Instead, she told us it would be ready in 5min, when she literally knows she just placed the order in the oven.
I literally live 5min away and I would have gladly come back to pick it up in another 25min or so.
To make matters worse, she tried serving us undercooked chicken. After waiting for 55min, she said, "the chicken is done, but I can put it in the oven for a few more minutes out of concern." This raises serious concerns about food safety. I have ordered wings before, and they were clearly NOT DONE. When I pointed this out, she insisted they were done, despite what she just admitted to and us knowing it clearly wasn’t.
She said that wings take longer to prepare and that it was a busy. I have ordered during busy weekends before, and max I waited was 30 minutes and the staff always let us know if there’s a delay.
She also had the audacity to give us $5 off for the wait which felt ridiculous with no apologies and in an extremely rude tone. Our total was $55. We spend over $50+ almost every other week, so KEEP YOUR $5 TO YOURSELF
Prob my last time ordering from this store JUST BECAUSE of this one specific girl’s behaviour. She never apologized or took responsibility, instead she continually spoke to us in a disrespectful way and avoided blame. I would rather drive to a different pizza place than encounter this...

I placed an order online and an indian girl i dont know her name but she has a dark skin tone took my order. I ordered 1 large and 1 small cheese pizza for $20 but she didn't told me that pick up special was 2 large pizza for $20. When we went to pick those pizzas she accused me that i didn't listened her conversation and disconnected the call! Than she agreed to offer 2 large pizzas as only 1 pizza was made to which i agreed than she charged $28 which i paid without seeing. Than i asked for bill which she didn't gave and started saying i charged you some extra 1 dollar which i will return but i was still confused why not $20 +tax to which she got annoyed and started getting irritated and she literally threw unnecessary attitude by holding her forehead n all... i clearly told her i dont want my money back you can have it but atleast explain me to which she once said i am not charging you for small pizza than on other hand she said you have to pay for small pizza. When she crossed $4 for cheese pizza on bill which she didn't gave us why should we pay n we didn't even want that free pizza. Being in customer service industry i told her its okay mistake happens as store was busy to which she replied it wasnt her mistake, it was mine!!! I was blown by her answe n attitude.
Plz owner think twice before having her continue as you can hire 100 times better ppl to hire. The guy wearing turban stepped in and was very soft spoken n returned us that extra money that she charged before. Kudos to him n whole team except her. She was not ready to own her mistake despite me being on her side that mistake can happen. No doubt the gentleman with turban who made pizza was excellent but that lady spoiled our mood.

We asked for EXTRA SAUCE as this location has a tendency to be extremely cheap with sauce. Why do you put such little sauce on the pizza? Both of the pizzas we ordered had barely any sauce on them, we even requested there to be extra sauce. This was such a disappointment.
No sauce makes the pizza extremely dry. Please put more sauce on your pizza, especially if the customer SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED IT.
