Zero Stars. Worst customer service. The lady that works and does the closing is unprofessional and lazy.
We ordered a Foot-long Veggie patty. After a while we were hungry so went back to get onion rings and asked if we can have a rice bowl (veg) she suggested do the salad bowl and add rice. When she added rice it wasn't even a handful? After we mentioned to add more, she goes like there will be extra charge and we said yes, still she puts even lesser quantity than she did previously? We paid for it and it was 11:59 PM, we went to sit on the table and she shuts the lights off? Like are you for real? You work here doesn't mean you own the store! We ask her to let us sit (as we were sharing) and she goes like - "YOU HAVE 10 MINS". If she has to close the store she needs to do it with lights on? Why are you so much wanting us to leave? And if the store closes at 12 AM doesn't mean all the customers need go step out at 12 AM? Learn the work ethics before you start working. We weren't making her wait after she closed everything and now she wants to leave so that she has to wait for us?

He had taken another customer's order after us and I requested him that it will take him atleast 10-15 minutes to wrap everything up for that customers and close after and byt that time we will be done our food. He said he is going to leave right away after making that customer's order as he has to go home. We had to eat out of the restaurant and when we were done eating and walked by the plaza to digest the food and we saw that empoloyee was there for quite some time and was in no rush to leave. When I called, I was told that the manager will not give any credit or refunds. Wants me to go back to the store to show them the sandwiches. Explained if I could come, I wouldn’t have ordered delivery in the first place. Manager does not want to come on phone, Navjot was professional and apologetic.
