Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

This place was absolutely horrible and I advise everyone to never order from them. I called to place an order and asked if I should place early for a later pickup time due to its being an holiday and was advised yes to place early and they would have it ready for the requested time which was about an hour and half later. At the pickup time we went to pick up and was told our order had been sitting there for over half hour and why hadn’t come earlier. We told them we requested a later pickup time as we were advised and they had no knowledge of that and told us we were wrong. Despite this issue we asked them to just heat the pizzas up again which they rudely refused. After politely trying to resolve the issue they finally agreed to heat the pizzas which at this point we decided to just leave. The one older male employee was extremely rude and standoffish as if we were requesting something extreme when we were just trying to ensure that a child had some good pizza for his first birthday party post pandemic. Never ordering from here again and am advising everyone else...

ordered the 2 medium veggie pizzas combo from Pizza Pizza, and it was a pretty good deal overall. The pizzas were fresh and well-cooked, with a nicely crisped crust that wasn’t too thick or too thin. The veggie toppings—green peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and olives—were generously added and tasted fresh. The cheese was gooey and well-distributed, and the tomato sauce had a mild, slightly sweet flavor that worked well with the veggies.

The 4 dips (I went with creamy garlic and ranch) were perfect for the crusts and added a nice punch of flavor. The 4 drinks (standard cans) made it feel like a complete meal for a small group or family.

Delivery was on time, and everything arrived hot and neatly packed. The only downside was that some slices could’ve used a bit more topping coverage toward the center, but otherwise, no real complaints.
