I was definitely obsessed with this place and their product, but few days ago I decided to go with my 2.5 year old daughter to pick up my order, they took over 20 mins to get it ready which wasn’t the inconvenience, my daughter who’s is already potty trained needed to use the washroom very bad, I asked twice if she could use their workers denied us access to it. My daughter after trying to hold it for 20 minutes couldn’t do it anymore and she pooped her pants, I had to run to my car, clean her and bring her back naked to the store to get my order, I made the comment to the lady who I asked to used the bathroom that my daughter had a huge accident and her response was just “oh sorry”. First of all, Zero courtesy from their stuff and second, if you have tables you should provide a costumer bathroom. To finished, I was promised a gift card was gonna be emailed which we never got. This experience definitely ruined one of my favorite places from port credit, what a...

This is my second time experiencing horrible service at heal. One time I walked in and I had received a 10$ bowl coupon, to which the cashier didn’t let me use. Second time, I ordered a bowl and told the cash id like peanut butter drizzle on my bowl. I had taken my bowl and before exiting the store I had realized there’s no peanut butter drizzle. I went back and requested peanut butter drizzle, and the lady making the fruit bowls looked at me like I was asking for gold. She tried to tell me that peanut drizzle is free when I was trying to tell her I don’t mind paying for it but I requested at cash for peanut butter. Maybe if the music wasn’t so loud in the store, she would’ve been able to hear me the first time. I also watched them make bowls for people who ordered after me. I received my bowl with smoothie part being melted.

Not sure what it is about heal hiring rude employees, but I will definitely not...

Look at the difference of those two pics. You’d think they’re two completely different drinks but no they’re both “strawberry cloud”. The first pic is from last week it looked exactly like the display picture, it was perfectly sweet & light pink colour. The second pic is from this week. When I seen the colour I was shocked how dark it was cuz it’s usually light pink. For taste it was not sweet at all & it had a stronger strawberry flavour than usual & very dark colour. I been craving this drink all week & I was sad it didn’t taste the same as it usually does. I get every barista is gonna make it different but it’s always close to the same taste until today it tastes nothing like strawberry cloud it was more like strawberry’s blended with ice only & no sweetness or light colour it’s tasted like I got a completely different drink. . . I hope in the future they can make sure they follow the...

Easily one of the best açai bowls in and around the GTA. And I’ve tried a handful. While it may not be the cheapest, but I’m okay with that as long as fresh ingredients are being used and they have add ons such as sea moss, lions mane etc. I love it. I started coming to HEAL last year, and one bowl is honestly a meal in itself for me. My go too is the Honey Bee 🐝 Bowl and recently I subbed out the bananas for strawberries due to an intolerance and they were very accommodating for it đŸ«¶ I live in Toronto but work in Mississauga so this is my go to every once and a while on my way home. A must try at least once! One thing to note is I have noticed the service improved a lot compared to last year which wasn’t bad but it has significantly improved đŸ€—
