Subway — Restaurant in Mississauga

My niece asked for a sub to be lightly toasted but they burnt the bread instead. I explained to the server that I cannot eat the bread because it’s burnt, and instead of the server remaking my order, he decided to go back and forth with me claiming that money is being wasted, which wouldn’t have been an issue if instructions were followed in the first place. I am a big fan of subway, however this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, which is why I will never order from this location again. I was there paying for a service, and for me to not get what I was paying for is unacceptable, considering what I was asking for was not much (lightly toasted bread). The server was instigating an argument instead of handling the situation professionally, by understanding that I was paying for a service and not looking for a handout.

I love Subway, but this is the worst location I have been to. Short guy at the counter, I asked for footlong Tuna. The way he was putting vegetables seemed like he was counting how many he was putting. I have never seen such a cheap subway ever. When I asked him to put more ingredients please, he angrily said, "You have to tell me that you want more. When I asked him to put more sauce, he got mad and kept on putting and putting and putting until I told him to stop. This is a horrible customer service. Moreover there were no cookies at all, when I asked them to make it I'll wait. They kept saying it'll take time. Worst experience ever in a public place. I was around the area & needed to use the washroom in an emergency Subway was closer to me so I just went in and used it however after I came out & headed towards the door the cashier yelled at me like 3 times and then later they asked me if I wanted to buy something with an aggressive tone it's almost as if I was being forced to buy something why? Cause I used a public washroom? Washroom is a human right in no other place I experienced a bad experience however I did buy a 6 inch sub for around $7 so imagine that. If anything I should have been told before using the washroom that u need to buy something to use it.
