Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Mississauga

I honestly couldn’t believe how bad this location was. I drink Real Fruit Bubble Tea almost every day, since I drive from one location to other location I have tried almost most of the other locations — but this one? Total disappointment.

The second I walked in, it felt like I entered a nightclub instead of a bubble tea shop. The music was insanely loud, I couldn’t even hear myself speak, and the staff couldn’t hear me either. I had to repeat my order multiple times just to get it across. It was uncomfortable and chaotic.

Then came the smoothie — honestly, I’d rather drink water. It was, weak, and tasted nothing like what I’m used to from Real Fruit. Same drink I always order, but somehow it was just… bad. No care, no consistency. I also paid extra to add extra real fruit but I can tell you they don’t even add any fruit it’s all watery.

This location seriously needs to get it together — both in quality and atmosphere. I’ll stick to the other Real Fruit locations that actually serve something worth paying for. Worst experience ever when it comes to quality no real fruit I better buy some water from Gas station

Waste of Money , Waste of time I travelled 15 minute from Mississauga.

It’s clear this location is not using the proper ingredients or cutting corners to save costs. I will be reporting this to Public Health and Food Safety authorities for investigation for sure. If anyone had same issue please report.

Other Real Fruit locations are doing it right — but this one is ruining the name. Avoid it...

They claim that they make customized drinks. But don’t, They don’t customize smoothies according to the order. I have ordered mango diamond slush and I have mentioned less sugar and less ice. But they didn’t bother to check the instructions of my order because they were making couple orders togethers. This has happened with me more than couple times now. Last time I have ordered the same slush and they gave me my order like right away it was already made but when I asked the employee that was it prepped already “ he said that last customer ordered the same thing… but when I tasted the drink it was totally different from what I have ordered originally. So this time I was keeping an eye on my order and they did the same again as i mentioned above they didn’t follow my order instructions and just made the same order for everybody and I have also noticed other customers orders and have different customization.. SO DISAPPOINTED not the same Real fruit...

This is by far the worst real fruit I’ve gone to. They ALWAYS mess up the drink orders whether its the wrong size, they miss a topping, or they forget to add sugar, it’s a complete mess. The staff dont even greet you when you come in, they just keep their heads down while they’re cutting up mango chunks - compared to other bbt places like cocos or kung fu tea, they actually greet you and get your drinks right. Im also so confused on the wait times because they usually have 4-5 people working in there (always the same people) but it takes them 20 min to make one drink. I used to work in a bubble tea franchise in the area and I’ve also visited the real fruit location at square one so when I came here (I’ve also been to this specific location 5-6 times cause its the closest to me) it surprised me to see how terrible the service was, especially if you’re paying $30 for 4 drinks. Won’t be coming back here, I hope their hiring manager does...
