I just wanted to give my feedback on the Mary Browns location 2400 Dundas st W in Mississauga. Me and my significant other we're at Mary Browns at a different location and noticed your amazing deal for a 2 piece for 2.99$ . As a huge fan of Mary Browns we decided to take advantage of this deal and today Monday April 4th we called this location as it is closer to us, we called and asked if they had the deal and they responded yes. We ventured out and went there, ordered the meals and asked for one of them to have a side piece in them. The lady there had the most terrible customer service I have ever dealt with. She would not fulfill my request and said it would be a chance I would get a thigh or a side rib. I don't eat thighs therefore why would I order this when I could end up with a thigh and money wasted. I called the other Mary Browns location and asked if they could meet my request and they were more than happy to satisfy me. I have been to this Mary Browns before and every time I go I recieve horrible service. They are setting a bad example for Mary Browns and giving you guys a bad reputation. This location wouldn't let me upsize my 3 piece meal to a large tater poutine as the other location lets me, they also don't provide shredded cheese, only cheese curds. Worst Mary Browns And customer service I have ever had to deal with. Thank you for reading my opinion and...
Read moreI'm very disappointed at Mary Brown's in general and at Mary Brown's at this location. There was a special "Champions At Heart" promotion. It stated that on Nov 5 Only, that partnered with the Toronto Blue Jays, the Big Mary sandwich or the Spicy Big Mary was available for $1.93 with a limit of 2 orders per person. It also stated offer valid while supplies last.
I never got to try the promo burger because I was turned away as the store ran out of supply all the while promoting other burger deals.
For a burger chain to run out of supply is really surprising nowadays.
As a compromise I asked if they offer a raincheck, which one of the server replied, "I don't know and we've run out of chicken."
Another chicken burger chain ran a "Free burger" promotion recently and they stated a certain time as a cut off. Understandable. As I was in line before cut the off, the store offered a raincheck so my friends and I was able to come back another day and enjoy the free burger and other selection they had on offer. It was a win-win!
As a store that partnered with the Toronto Blue Jays for a promo deal and the store was ill-prepared to handle the volume of customers it just sends a negative message to the public the care a store is willing to make under special circumstances.
I'm very disappointed. Please do better for future...
Read moreAwful experience. First the mary browns forgot to give our complete order and then instead of compensating us, they wanted us to come back in this cold weather to their store and pick it up or pick the item in future. We told them we drove from Oakville to Mississauga’s location and cannot come back especially for a caramel cake. It was not worth the trip, when we would spend more on gas doing so then coming. The person said they couldnt do much and i suggested to then refund our money for the caramel cake. They made us wait over two hrs and after two hours i called them literally requesting them to send etransfer and their response was that the manager/ owner is busy. Then around 9:51 pm they called us back and said either etransfer will come today or tomorrow morning. Just to mention, i still have not received our etransfer.
At first they dont know how to make things right. For something they did wrong they could have done so many right things to fix things.
But no, their poor service has made me not want to go their again. This is not how you treat a customer.
You could have made things right and your team did not.
Worst customer service. Not...
