I went through the drive-thru with both kids in the back seat. (2 under 2). I ordered a Happy Meal. I got home, to find that there were no fries with the meal. Having not ordered a Happy Meal in years, I wasn't sure if fries were still included. I called the restaurant, and asked if fries were still included, and explained that my son's Happy Meal was without fries. They told me to come back in with the receipt, give my name, and they will replace the Happy Meal. I thought that was overly generous since all that was missing were the fries. So I asked them to clarify if it was just the fries or meal. She clarified that it would be the entire meal. I thought that was fantastic. I got the kids ready for bed, put them back in the car, drove all the way back to McDonald's for the replacement meal. When I got there, I gave my receipt and my name, and they just gave me fries. When I explained that I was told on the phone that they were replacing the entire meal. The person behind the counter said they were just replacing the fries. I honestly wouldn't have packed up both kids and gone back there for just the fries. It's super inconvenient to do something like that with an infant in a toddler, and having to go inside the restaurant with them, while having the flu - which is why I opted to buy dinner for my son as opposed to make it in the first place. If I ever go back to a McDonald's again, it won't be this location. The overall experience was inconvenient and...
Read moreMy recent visit to McDonald's was a delightful experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.
The service was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, taking my order with a smile and ensuring that everything was prepared to my liking. The speed of service was impressive, with minimal waiting time.
The food quality exceeded my expectations. The burgers were fresh and flavorful, with toppings that were assembled neatly. The fries were perfectly golden and crispy, and the soft drinks were refreshing. The overall taste was consistent with McDonald's renowned flavors.
What stood out the most was the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. The dining area was immaculate, with well-maintained tables and spotless floors. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness greatly contributed to a pleasant dining environment.
Furthermore, the availability of various amenities, such as comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, and ample parking, added to the convenience and overall experience.

Read moreBEWHERE, STAFF IS RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS* I ordered a burger with extra pickles. They charged me 25 cents for a bbq sauce I never ordered. When I asked about this at the first window, they LIED and said they had to charge the 25 cents for the extra pickles (which McDonalds never does). At the second window, the girl looked very afraid, quickly gave me my order and shut the door. I look in the bag and she put in a bbq sauce... and my receipt did not indicate any price for the extra pickles.
I gave the bbq sauce back and inquired once again why I was charged the additional money... again, I was told this lie about a charge for extra pickles.
When I contacted McDonalds with my concerns they brushed me off.
If they did this to me, they are doing it to a lot of customers. 25 cents is a small amount most people won't complain about, but do it to a couple hundred customers, they've doubled their paycheques.
Edit: after head office tried to brush me off with this concern for a month, the store manager wrote me an apology letter and sent a $5 gift card... still zero acknowledgement that their staff is ripping...
