I recently had a highly disappointing experience at this McDonaldâs location. We purchased two cappuccinos for $7.66, but upon taking the first sip, we realized they were excessively bitterâso much so that adding sugar didnât help. The issue was clear: the espresso shot had been brewed for too long, ruining the taste.
We politely returned to the drive-thru and requested a replacement, explaining the issue. However, a so-called manager, who first introduced herself as Guneesha and later as Maria, refused to acknowledge the problem. Instead, she insisted that even if they remade the coffee, the machine would produce the same result.
I calmly explained that the bitterness was caused by over-brewing, which is an easily fixable issue. Shockingly, her response was, âIt doesnât make any sense.â
When I asked for a refund instead, so we could take our business elsewhere, she outright refused. After insisting that a solution be provided, she suddenly accused us of threatening herâan absolutely false and baseless allegation.
This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. A manager should respect customers and their hard-earned money, not fabricate false claims to avoid responsibility.
I strongly urge higher management to investigate this matter. ⢠CCTV footage should be reviewed to expose the misconduct. ⢠Employees should be trained on proper customer service and handling complaints professionally.
To fellow customers: Be cautious when dealing with this location, as you may face false allegations and poor service.

As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the bright and spacious interior of the restaurant. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the design, as the modern and well-appointed decor made the space feel inviting and welcoming.
Despite the fact that it was quite busy when I visited, the restaurant was still well-maintained and clean. There were a few tables that needed to be stilbite, but the overall level of cleanliness was impressive.
The service I received was also top-notch. The individuals working at the counter were friendly and efficient, and my order was ready in no time. It was clear that the staff was well-trained and dedicated to providing a great experience for their customers.
One of the things I appreciated most about this McDonald's was its convenient location off the road. It was easy to find and provided a quick and convenient option for a meal or snack.
