Very very bad experience Firstly I found a hair in my pizza that was very disgusting and I didn’t post any review I thought it’s okay everyone make mistakes that’s fine. And on my next visit on16/sept/2024(Monday) I ordered a large pizza with thick base and I spoken that word 2 times and there was a boy taking order he even didn’t repeat my order and didn’t gave me the receipt. When my order was ready they call me and when I saw the pizza that was regular thin base then very politely I said them that I told you regular thick you made the wrong order then he said that it was my mistake that I said the wrong order and why you not look after the slip it is your mistake like seriously he even didn’t gave me the order slip and when I said that I want new pizza then he wants to argue with me then another boy stop him. Read morePoor Customer service witnessed last night. Firstly the cashier does not know how to speak with customers and is very rude. Doesn’t listen properly and was busy in his phone chatting. I asked that I need Creamy Garlic Parmesan sauce on the base (which is in there menu) and he said me we can’t mix Garlic and Parmesan. If you can’t why is it in your menu? Secondly, the staff talks very loudly that it could be heard by people sitting in the store. If you have to use abusive words to talk with each other make sure people sitting in the store don’t listen to your language. This shows the disorganized management, unprofessional staff and poor training. Lastly, after waiting for around 30 minutes when I got my pizza, he just gave me a packet of Doritos saying sorry for the delay and before I could say anything he just left out with his friend. After opening the box I found that there was no pineapple in the pizza which I asked and paid for. After waiting for 5 minutes in a hope that he (cashier) would come back I had to eat the pizza that I never wanted. I hope they train there staff well and look into the management...

While picking up the pizza after it was ready I was confirming with them if the meat was halal. In the end they tell me “you didn’t say you want the meat halal” that was the first question I asked when I walked in, otherwise I wouldn’t have placed the order. After a little bit of back and forth I decided that I want a refund and call it a day. The lady in the front went to the back to speak to a guy about the situation. In return he said in his language “give him his money and tell him to get lost” I was extremely calm about the situation at first but when I overheard this comment I completely lost my mind. I was not aggressive or angry at the situation at first because it was a mistake and I told them just remake it, but they refused to remake it and wanted me to accept it.
