From my terrible experience aside, there is always a homeless person hang around this McDonald place, i sincerely hope the manager wont say harsh things to this homeless person and show a little bit empathy for people in need of help. It is just terrible to have this kind of people in manage level!
I had a very frustrating experience this morning. The manager was extremely rude and demeaning, not only to me but also to the stuff. It was clear that the manager was focused only on the drive-thru, while in store customers were ignored. I waited for 15 mins for two cups of coffee and biscuits, even though I saw my two extra large coffee was already made, and two guys before me already took their coffee and go. The new employee seemed to be struggling with my order but the manager showed no interest in helping.
When I asked about my biscuits, the manager impatient told meâ you have to wait, everybody is waiting.â Her attitude was completely uncalled for. I donât understand why I was treated this way for simply asking about my order.
I wonât be returning to this location, especially in the morning when it seems the service is even worse. It was very disappointing experience. Especially when I already expected their foul faces but they the manger takes it to the next...

However, during my last visit early in the morning, after ordering my breakfast combo meals (two of them), my credit card tap was not reading properly so I was asked to insert and type my PIN. After doing that, I asked for some sanitizer for my hands and the attendant said yes, "let me give you some". I don't know what happened but she couldn't find it under her station/ computer terminal so she assured me the next window will provide some for me. I followed the instructions and after receiving my food, I asked for the sanitizer, but second attendant told me "we don't have any". I Insisted that I was told she will provide it for me cuz I needed it after touching the keypad for payment. She was very rude insisting that she didn't have it and asked me to move away cuz next customers were waiting. I had no choice but to drive away, without having a chance to eat my meal. I had to drive to my work in Toronto, my meal got cold, so I ended up throwing it away. It was a waste of money and time. Very bad experience for the first time at this location. I thought of canceling my order, but I knew it would be very unfair for other vehicles waiting...
   Read moreWorst McDonaldâs ever. Iâm an Indian person myself and have worked at McDonaldâs. There staff is full of Indians that donât know English. I came in this location a month ago and I was friendly greeted the cashier and placed an order. My order was ready so I went to get it and first there were 2 fries missing than 3 burgers made wrong and a drink missing. I had to get up 3 times. Next when we fixed the 3 burgers and got new ones, my brother was eating his junior chicken until he pulled out a hair out of his chicken sandwich. The hair couldnât have been mine or my brothers because my hair is blonde and my brothers hair is too short. He got upset but did not yell or complain just asked for a new junior chicken because thereâs hair in his. The girl calls the manager and the manager who is so unprofessional says we canât do anything about it because the junior chicken has a bite. Well of course there is he got the hair while taking a bite in his mouth. The manager did not care or bother to give my brother a new junior chicken.
