Mr Sub — Restaurant in Mississauga

Been going go this Mr Sub for over 15 years and since the Greek family owned it. New owners started well with family and very hospitable and friendly. Since they started hiring other workers aside feom the owners kids the service and food has gone down the tube. Bread was stale, not fresh, quantities now diminished, if you want extras of toppings clerk has been informed to charge extra and attitude on employees nother story. Whatever happened service with a smile. Employees behind counter has been changing Pbly why they got another one and not much better or experience as now you get a sloppy messy sub. The sub sauce also is no longer the sauce that it ever was. Used to Take family there and friends but cutting that off as not returning as it's getting worse as opposed to better. Problem in Brampton is that most business being taken over and bought out are either getting worse, quality and quantity diminished or they won't last long and go out of business due to lack of the product and service that existed b4 they took over. Sad to say but reality. I thought after owners and/or Head office read all the reviews posted they would try to improve but unfortunately that's not the case as it's all bout money. I wouldn't recommended it....

I will never ever visit this place again. I visited this Mr. Sub twice—today was my second visit—and the same lady was working both times. Frankly, her attitude is absolutely uninviting. From the moment I walked in, she gave the impression that she couldn’t care less about customer service. didn’t ask any questions, and barely acknowledged what I was saying.

When I tried to ask for suggestions or describe what I wanted, she responded as if I was an inconvenience: “Just told me what would you like to have,” she said, and then went silent, making it clear she wouldn’t help me with any choices or flavor improvements. It felt like she had zero interest in offering customer service—no guidance, no warmth, no engagement. I left feeling like I had to do all the thinking alone, and that she’d stay silent unless...

We will never go back to this location again. The buns are always stall and crumble and break apart as soon as you bite into it. The server blatantly lies to your face when asked if the buns were baked that same day. Not sure if they changed their meatball supplier or not but they are awful and the marinara sauce is thinner and watery. Perhaps she gave me the plant base meatballs by mistake or ran out and is serving the plant base instead thinking people won't notice. The young lady serving us today doesn't know how to smile and needs a lesson on customer service. It would be a shame if they go out off business but they need to take these bad reviews seriously or suffer the...
