Mr. Coco is a newly opened dessert spot in Mississauga featuring a variety of different desserts with coconut as their main ingredient. I was very happy and excited to try it for the first time as there are a lot of influencers posting about Their delicious desserts. Today, I would say my visit is going to be my first and last . Firstly , Service was soo poor, the staff never SMILED which is very unwelcoming and disappointing . Secondly, we saw a promotion on one Of the influencers page on Instagram ( photo below) that there is the following ongoing promotions until July 9 such as: Buy One Get One Free for coconut drinks • 30% off on everything in-store
BUT there was NONE and all We got was a coupon for next visit (which we won’t be using as we won’t be coming back).
Thirdly , the non- smiling Staff made a mistake as I ordered Matcha COCO milk (Drink) and she told me she heard matcha coco, I told her that I didn’t ordered that and she argued she heard otherwise. She then spoke with her own language to someone and prepared the right order.
I am so disappointed. The coconut water was good with matcha and the dessert- mini coco jelly was okay . Hopefully ,the staff will have a good training in customer service cause that will go a long way . I think good customer service can make or break...

We got the mango coco and the pudding with the mango was so good. There was also popping boba in it. I just wish they didn’t add the sprinkles, didn’t really add anything to it and felt out of place.
Also, the spoons are very flimsy so if you plan on eating the coconut meat, it’s better to bring it home to finish like I did! (Sometimes the meat is softer so it might be ok)
Overall, I’d come back but not often, I think $15.99 is kind of steep for...
Read moreHonestly not sure how to go about this review. I bought a big coco jelly and we got a discount because the server said it was an old coconut. The coconut had this disgusting aftertaste to it, almost like soap, and I feel sick thinking about how much I ate. I thought it was just the coconut flakes, but after trying my sister’s coconut (which was the exact same order) it tasted delicious. I’m upset to have spent $15 on a disgusting tasting coconut that’s clearly not how it was supposed to be. I do appreciate my server’s honesty on which fruits were sweet/tasty, so 5...
