Nannu's Pastizzi — Restaurant in Mississauga

I'm not giving 5 stars because of the prices. Really expensive now, I guess prices went up. However I also had an occurrence back in December 2017. I called 40 minutes prior inquiring of I could get 2 dozen cooked cheese pastizzi, I asked if that was enough time and was told it was not a problem (if it was an issue I would have waited at home, until I can pick up) anyway I got there and said I was here for my pick up they said it would be an additional 10min. I was fine with that but an hour later and I'm still waiting....the sad part is I needed the order or else I would have left. I couldn't understand how they could not have placed 2 dozen cheese for me in the oven when I called and why say on the phone it was enough time. I was offered a free coffee but I'm sorry I was not impressed with that and one of the owners walked by me several times without saying anything and I didn't even get a discount on the...

Came here today Christmas Eve around 10am and of course fresh baked pastizzi was gone as well as frozen .but that's my fault for getting thete late. I did pick up frozen cheese raviolii which is a favourite so I didn't miss out completely. I bought two bags! Also picked up Pistachio Flavoured Sesame Halva which is yummy other pastries I would have with tea like my mother used to do..funny how things are passed down😁. And a cake I dont remember my mother making (looks like rum cake in a tinfoil pan wrapped) but I don't care it's Christmas! The female server was very friendly and knew so much and very helpful. Absolutely the best place in Ontario to get your Maltese goodies! I make the drive from London a few times a year to stock up. This time around I was running late. I called to double check they were closing at 3. The wonderful young lady on the phone said the owner Would stick around for me. I arrived at 10 after 3 and was greeted with a smile and a warm Pastizzi. Got my supplies out of the freezer and back to the 401 I went. If I could leave 10 stars I would.
