My recent order from Paratha Palace via Uber Eats was an absolute culinary delight! Specializing in Indian cuisine with a focus on stuffed parathas, Paratha Palace has undoubtedly mastered the art of creating an exceptional dining experience.

The Aloo Paratha, their most popular offering, exceeded all expectations. The paratha was perfectly cooked, golden and flaky, with a generous filling of spiced mashed potatoes that was both flavorful and satisfying. This was my second time ordering from Paratha Palace through Uber eats. I ordered two items and waited for almost 2 hours to get it as it was showing me ‘finding new uber driver for you’’. After that, I got a notification that the restaurant cancelled my order, like why?

When I called to check in what really happened, the girl who picked my call said “ she cancelled it by herself because the previous driver did not confirm the pickup and it would be a big hassle for them as well for the other driver to come and take my order” She stated that because it will show me “ Driver coming in 7 minutes, this and that” that’s why she literally terminated it.

I work in the same industry and YOU GUYS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. YOU SHOULD MAKE A NEW ONE AND LET THE OTHER DRIVER KNOW TO WAIT FOR SOMETIME. BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER PAID FOR IT.

This was such a stupid move and I hope you will not do it again to someone else and not let the Customer die in hunger when they are craving that food...

Their services are terrible. I went to get a tiffin so that I can judge the quality and quantity of food served in their tiffin. My husband called them well in advance to let them know that I’ll come to pick up tiffin at 9pm. I reached there after 9 and had to wait for 40-45 minutes to get my tiffin. Whenever I inquired about how long it will take to get ready, one of the receptionist said just your rotis are in making process. She was continuously on her phone, which was so annoying. If I have to call in advance and wait there for 40-45 minutes, what’s the sense of getting tiffin from them? I can expect the delay if it was crowded, but when I reached there was just 1 family dining in. I would not recommend anyone to get tiffin service from them. There is no home delivery for tiffin service, you have to pick it up everyday. I was planning for having tiffin service for a month from them due to some issues but now after this experience, I am not going to have tiffin...
