I've been going to this coffee shop since the early 80s; unfortunately over the years Staff and Management have changed so much over the years. It has been so many years since you had staff that would listen to the customer and get the order right. The staff worked effectively and efficiently to ensure the customer was happy. It wasn't about volume it was about quality and care. So many ownerships have changed, then Management.. again unfortunately with the change of hands also went the lack of care for the Customer. This Current Owner has even said that "Tim Hortons is a cooperation, they do not care about the complaints of you or me." And honestly saying he is absolutely right! We are being disrespected from the time you walk in the door, you have to wait unbelievable amount of time just to order your coffee (tea, ice capp... whatever it is you wanted) Snail mode and most of the time it's incorrect.
So although I might be just one person I still have the right to good service and when I receive good service I tip $$ appropriately. When you spend money for something you ask for and you get something else...
Understand people will be upset, but the problem isn't with me it's with the staff that make the same mistakes over and over again. There doesn't seem to be good management! Especially when they are yelling at customers and not think that someone will yell back?!? If I get disrespected I will defend myself.
So instead of telling people that they are the problem and start looking at all people except Asiz that work there. He's always polite and gets the orders done fast...
Read moreI recently visited this location and ordered three small Caramel Toffee Ice Capps, garlic bread, and potato wedges. While placing my order, I also requested ketchup and chipotle sauce. I initially asked for marinara sauce (which I saw on the screen), but was informed it wasn’t available — which is completely fine. I am not a regular customer on this location but i visit this place always when i have my doctor’s appointment.
The main concern was with the service during my visit. The staff member taking my order seemed disinterested and inattentive. She wasn’t responding or confirming what she was entering into the system, so I had to repeatedly ask if she had added specific items, including the chipotle sauce. Although she assured me she had added it, when I picked up my order, I was told it wasn’t charged. Thankfully, another staff member kindly gave me the sauce without issue, and I really appreciated that gesture.
After that, I waited about 10–12 minutes for my drinks, even though the store wasn’t busy. Eventually, the same lady who took my order approached me and asked what I was waiting for — despite the fact that she had taken the order herself. When I explained, she reacted with a bit of attitude before finally preparing the drinks.
The food itself was fine, but the overall experience was affected by the poor customer service. I hope the staff can be more attentive and engaged in the future.

Read moreToday, I went with my friend to grab some lunch and coffee at Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The cashier was extremely rude when taking our order. My friend was unsure about what to order and initially asked for a coffee with 2 oat milks and one sugar. After a couple of seconds, she changed her mind and asked for regular milk instead. The cashier responded rudely, even muttering something in her own language, which made us feel uncomfortable. She then whispered something to her friend. We tried to remain friendly, assuming maybe she was just stressed due to the busy rush. My friend also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, but when we received our order, the bagel was completely different from what she had ordered. We thought it might have been a miscommunication, so we politely informed the cashier. Instead of apologizing, she began yelling at us, insisting that we had ordered the wrong thing. To top it off, the bagel my friend received was slightly burnt, which was shocking. We were really disappointed by the entire experience.
