Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mississauga

We ordered pizza on November 1 through Pizza Hut App. So we received Pizza around 10:40 PM,

First of all I mentioned “side door entrance and call on arrival” driver did call and i was waiting at side door,but he was sitting inside his car. Then i walk towards his car to get the pizza and i was surprised from his Rude behaviour.

Secondly both pizzas was undercooked and the toppings was not we spread. I tried calling customer service but no one responded and i did online review. So i throw the both pizzas in garbage. I wish I had taken some pictures i can post it this review. I was expecting a call from Pizza Hut next day but i no one called. Then i called on November 3 and explained everything over the phone and the Girl who answered my phone was very polite and apologies for all and she offered me a free pizza for next time.

So i ordered a pizza today to redeem my free pizza and instead of delivery I preferred to pickup from store, when i was at the store the Lady who gave me a pizza ( might be owner) asked me about that issue so I explained her in short but then she was taking delivery driver side and told me that he called me 3-4 times and telling me that driver was working at store from last 12 years and they never had an issue with him and tried to blamed me that i have a bad network in basement which sounds funny to me because I’m living at my current address from 4 year and I never had an issue before. Then she asked me about the pizza and I explained everything and that i end up throwing that pizza in garbage, she was like you shouldn’t do this and supposed to call at the store which they didn’t answered that day.

The lady made me feel like that i did this all for a purpose just to get 1 FREE pizza which was ridiculous.I don’t recommend this location at...

My order was highly anticipated as I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a long time. Earlier in the week someone mentioned a 2 for 1 special that was going on and I decided I was going to order Pizza Hut on the weekend. I was looking forward to it all week. I didn’t see anything on the website about this special so I called in only to find out that I wasn’t able to get the special but I was craving Pizza Hut so I still placed an order online. The ordering process was extremely convenient but unfortunately the pizza was terrible. It was paper thin, was very skimpy with the toppings, and it was over cooked to the point where the toppings were burnt and the pizza was shrivelled up and crusty. The only part that was tolerable was the stuffed crust. In addition to the god awful pizza. the wings were also not great. There was a pool of sauce at the bottom of the containers and it looked like the wings were just dropped in. Half of them had sunk to the bottom and the other half barely in the sauce at all. It was obvious they were not tossed.

4/10 wings

Next time I’ll save my money and eat my own...

1st visit at this location, 13Aug23: Ordered 2 (12 inch - 8 slices) medium pizzas from here for my family of 3 (LN was away).

I had the Ham and Pineapple pizza, pan bread, tomato sauce, and the Beef and Mushroom pizza, HomeStyle bread, Alfredo sauce.

The pan bread is the classic bread (thicker, but very fluffy), and the Homestyle bread is thinner, crispier, but not the thinnest - still fluffy. I liked both. SK liked pan more. Depends on my preferred level of fluffiness. The pan bread was fluffy but not thick and heavy like Dominos, etc. Honestly Pizza Hut Domino's Pizza Pizza in my opinion. The higher prices here are justified, I like how they don't cheap out (toppings are placed until the crust at this Pizza Hut).

The toppings I chose were good combos. I couldn't see the mushrooms on my Beef and Mushroom pizza (very thinly sliced), but I could taste it. I prefer my Alfredo sauce more - very creamy, rich, buttery. The Ham and Pineapple Pizza (tomato sauce) tasted great too, bit light on the ham, but meh. Overall high quality ingredients.
