Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Mississauga

Hi it’s the very first time I went to Pizza Nova in Mississauga near Canadore College. My first experience turned to be extremely bad one that I would never suggest anybody to go there. I faced an arrogant behavior by a lady at cash counter around 5 P.M. She took our order and when we were eating and enjoying our Pizza that lady starting us taunting for the seasoning the chilies flaxes and oreganos that we were using. She directly targeted the students by saying you students come here and keep these bottles with you. My friend said Madam you should place more bottles for customers so avoid this situation; she said we cannot do it for you only. Then we asked here to atleast write here to return back immediately that nobody take it to their table. She again argued. We said this the very first time we come here. If we would knew that we have immediately return back. Even the moment she said we were using it and were just to return it back to the counter. Moreover, Canada where customers are respected and their opinions and request are welcomed but the arrogant lady instead of just saying to return back bottles once you have used, started taunting used wrong words and targeting us that was not acceptable. Because of her behavior, when I became angry with her behavior and put the bottles back on the counter and said your behavior is not good towards students, she called me mental and said my friend that I have mental issues used such insulting words for me. She tried to be little racist as she said you behavior is spoiling back home reputation. It was extremely annoying I said why are you targeting students, we will not come back you again, she said we don’t want you to come here again. This type of behavior just because of that seasoning is not acceptable. We have been to other pizza restaurants but nobody had behaved like it they always welcome our any of our issue and help them to resolve instead of arguing and using wrong words. When one of my friends was asking madam you started this your behavior was not good she said my friend you are talking in English. I don’t know what her logic behind this dialogue was, I think it was just because the everyone was speaking Hindi. But it was totally senseless. Thank You two gentlemen over there who asked the lady to keep calm and also asked us to enjoy food. But unfortunately our evening...

My friend ordered a pizza online, and asked me to pick it up on my way. I knew the name it was ordered under and that it was all paid online. When i arrived to pick it up, I realized there is only one man running the whole thing, making pizza and talking to customers, if any. Actually there was no one except for me. When I asked him to check my order to double make sure nothing is left, he raised his voice at me in a very frustrated way. I explained to him that I m not sure what the content of order and that is why I am asking you to double check to avoid mistakes but he looked at me in a very aggressive and rude way, and replied loudly: 'this is your order and I dont know'

Then I said can i also order an adfitional slice for myself? And he said look I am busy you have to wait at least 20 mins, you ok?

Minimum 20 mins for anslice of pizza! I refused and left!

He was not in the mood of working and probably too tired due to short of staff!
