I assume you could be the employee of the store, or their friend, or that unprofessional manager himself because there was no customer dining, or standing at the counter, in the pizza shop at that time.
First of all, you should be ashamed of yourself for lying. I ordered a 2 topping pizza, and not a 3 topping one. Before this incident, the manager and one other guy priced the 2 topping pizza at $14.96 inclusive of taxes and $16.08 with a dipping sauce. The third time (at the time of the incident), only the 2 topping pizza was priced for over $18. Most importantly, I didn't scream. I politely asked the manager about the discrepancy in the prices being charged at different times. Get your facts right.
If you have some shame then resign from the job or shut the store. Lastly, you should be ashamed of yourself for ripping off the customers.
BTW, Ms. Renu/Ruhi, weren't you buying $5 pizzas from Popular Pizza until 2017? And now you are advising me to go elsewhere. It's ludicrous that a shallow person like you is working as a local guide. I am buying pizzas from Domino's and Pizza Hut. How many free pizzas has Pizzaiolo treated you with for contradicting my review?

We ordered an XL Deep Dish honey hot pizza and a large custom order (half deluxe half veggie). The order we received was an awkward thick pizza, and it was definitely not a deep dish much more similar to a regular crust. We called the store and spoke to a manager who offered us a $4 credit!! We had 6 people expecting to have a specific pizza (birthday boys fav pizza), and this manager chose to offer us $4.. when we confronted him and mentioned that it's a ridiculous resolution he had the audacity to raise his voice and said "I'll bring you a another pizza but you give me that one back" - outrageous... it took over an hour in the first place!
Here's a summary for you: Worst underbaked pizza of 2023, each slice had minimal cheese and only 1-2 little pepperoni per slice. Bland, and could tell it sat for a while before being taken for delivery Taste was stale, and the crust was undercooked Worst customer service and customer experience Long delivery times
This experience has single-handedly convinced me to never order Pizzaiolo. There are too many good pizza options available to have this level of experience.

I kept getting several error messages, so I ordered from another pizza place. Surprisingly I saw a charge on my credit card balance after two days and called the store. They said to wait to see if the charge posts as they were aware of the issues they were having that day. Today the charge did go through, I called and was told to send a screenshot of the charge to a phone number which I did.
