After looking at some amazing reviews about Burger Factory on Instagram and looking at the delicious pictures of their iconic Burgers, I decided to make my way to this place. Placed at the busiest street of Streetsville, Mississauga and, since this was my very first visit, I was way more excited to try these burgers since I was trying them for the first time and, even ambience gave me the right aura.
I went straight for the ‘The Machine’ burger combo and asked the service guy to replace the beef patty with the Chicken one and, I must say they immediately adjusted full marks to them on this. I had a look at their menu again and wanted to try the ‘Juicy Lucy On Fire’ burger. When I asked them for the description, they explained it to me well how the beef patty gets stuffed with mozzarella cheese and jalapenos and, even the picture showcased the cheese oozing out of the meat patty. So, I thought to give it a try as well.
The happy me came back home and was all excited to try all their signature burgers. When I opened both the boxes, I was a little disappointed looking at the texture of the burger as what I saw in the menu was pretty different from what I got. Looks-wise the burgers were not that appealing at all. I was optimistic that the taste won’t be disappointing. I will give full marks to The Machine burger. The taste was delicious and their homemade ‘Factory Sauce’ was right on the money. Trust me the sauce was had all the flavours and, the chicken was so well done it combined with the sauce and made a perfect combination. But it was not the case with the Juicy Lucy On Fire burger. Despite not so looking good texture, I couldn’t find cheese in the meat filling and, all I could see was jalapenos and tasted just like an ordinary beef burger. The biggest setback was the way this burger was shown in the frame, it was the exact opposite.
For me, the burger factory was an ok experience. Full marks to a fabulous service and The Machine burger but, I had high hopes with the cheese-filled Juicy...
Read moreIf I could give this place ZERO stars, I would and honestly, even that would be too generous. A few months ago, I came here and used Groupon coupons that included a funnel cake. As a long-time regular customer who has spent hundreds here, I asked if I could redeem the funnel cake at a later date — something I had done before without issue. The staff said “absolutely.” Fast-forward to today: I call to finally redeem them, and suddenly they “can’t find any note.” Not only that, but I’m essentially called a liar to my face. When I asked to speak to the owner, someone I’ve personally seen around many times, I was told, and I quote, “too bad, so sad” and that he’s “too busy” to deal with me., he had 30,000 other customers to worry about leaving me shook and flat-out refused to honor what they had previously promised and what I HAVE PAID for.
This is beyond bad service … it’s insulting. You don’t treat paying customers like garbage and accuse them of lying when it was YOUR failure to keep a record and if you much refuse, do so politely. The arrogance, the disrespect, the total lack of accountability is disgusting. I’ve brought my family here countless times, spending well over $100 on a regular visit, but after today, never again. I am also going to be returning my Groupons!!!
And I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this….word travels fast. To the owner: congratulations, you just lost a loyal customer over a $10 funnel cake that I have paid for, which I am sure your business needed it more - keep it as my...

You buy everything separately and pay much more than you pay for a combo meal at any other place. A $63 for 3 regular cheese burger combos is nothing but a scam and for such plain food taset, not worth a 2nd try. Even Wendy's burgers tasted better and more enjoyable and juicy.
You pay full price on asking for a milkshake to replace your pop drink when you as a client should be paying an upcharge. Another part of the scam.
The atmosphere was horrible, and out of nowhere, the speakers went crazy on full blast, bursting our ear drums for no less than 5 minutes until the poor guy found out about the root cause.
Let talk about hospitality. A customer walks in to find that the staff member on the counter is on the cellphone and only gets engaged in a conversation after the customer explores the menu on his own. No help whatsoever to explain the menu items and the ordering process.
Cleanliness and maintenance, washrooms out of paper towels, and had to dry my hands on my pants. Not to mention that i had to use the women's washrooms because the mens washroom was closed for no explained reason and blocked by some barrier.
If i use the same evaluation points system, i I used to apply on restaurants.i used to manage. This place will have no more than 15-20% evaluation...
