Pizzaville — Restaurant in Mississauga

Ordered two pizza from this location. Two of the meat toppings were missing on one pizza. Called customer service and complained. Took over an hour to replace pizza. Someone didn't like me complaining because they cranked called PizzaPizza and had another pizza sent to my house in addition. Went back to the same store to buy another pizza another day and found out it's under new management. New management laughed and thought it was funny what happend. She told me that the district manager would reach out to me, but obviously she did nothing because I havent heard a thing over two weeks. My wife is Italian, we love pizza but it will not be from here any more. Avoid this store at all cost. They obviously don't value...

It's reasonable to expect consistent quality and service from a large pizza franchise like Pizzaville. Because hey, a pizza is a pizza, right? Wrong. Independent market research has confirmed that the Pizzaville location at the Collegeway & South Millway in Mississauga is in a league of its own. We're talking next level, off the chart good pies, and phenomenal service. I routinely dine here 8-10 times a week (yeah, that's right, often twice a day) and I just can't get enough. Really wish they'd bring back those triangular fridge...

Ordered pickup from a place I have been to many times in the past, but not in the last few years. Was upset when a) My panzerotti (ponzo) didn't have the right toppings inside - this would have been a huge issue for someone who had an allergy to mushrooms (I ordered sausage) b) The pepperoni are gross - they don't crisp up, and they're not standard like other pizza chains.. not sure what they're using but this is NOT the same as in the past. Is it beef/halal now? Would not visit again.

It's a shame, would've rated them 4-5 stars...
