Pizzaville — Restaurant in Mississauga

I had called to place an order for pick up. I order spicy crispy wings. Once I arrived at this location, I checked my order and sure enough my order was wrong - they had given me crispy wings instead. I called over the lady who had served me and advised her that I had received the wrong order and that I had asked for spicy crispy wings and she immediately got super defensive and rude. She proceeded to tell me that it was not her problem and that I needed to voice my concern with the call centre since they are the ones who place the orders. I had then asked her if she could just give me a refund and once again, told me that’s not her problem for me to call the call centre.

I call the call centre and advised them that my order had been incorrectly inputted and the lady on the phone was very apologetic about it. She gave me the option of receiving a refund or waiting another 20 mins to receive my correct order. I opted to wait another 20 minutes so that I could receive what I had originally ordered. The lady at the store continued to give me dirty looks and shake her head and then told me that if I want my spicy crispy wings, that I had to give her the wrong order back to her. She then proceeded to talk to her coworker about me in her native language.

This is the second time that I’ve come to this location and received the wrong order and had an issue with the customer service. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I definitely will not be...

Used to be a great pizza place but they seem to have new management. The staff is rude and cheap. I had accumulated enough stamps to order 2 free pizzas which the staff on the phone said was perfectly fine.Upon arrival to pick them up the taller Indian man who wears a white shirt and usually takes orders and payments had the audacity to start yelling at me and told me I was not allowed to place an order for more than 1 free item and was refusing to give me the pizzas. I threatened to call head office and he immediately backed off and said he was going to allow it this once. It is clear that he was lying because when I threatened to call head office he got scared because he knew he was the one breaching the rules. I would like head office to know that I was a very loyal customer considering that I had enough stamps to order 2 free pizzas and if this is the way you treat loyal customers redeeming an offer you are not worthy of my customership. What is the overall cost of 2 pizzas compared to the more than 12 orders I have placed within the past few months clearly that man had nothing to gain by...

I will not be ordering from #Pizzaville ever again.

Today I went to the location at Central Parkway West and Confederation and I ordered a meat lovers slice of pizza. The total that I was given was $4.52.

I used debit and the total that was debited was $4.75. I questioned the difference and they said that they charge and additional 25 cents because the bank charges too much for service charges.

I asked for a receipt and they provided me with a receipt for $4.52. I asked for a receipt showing the total they charged me and they said they could not do that.

I asked for my money back and they told me that they could not refund me the money on the card and could only provide me cash, which they did.

I am fuming that this can happen at Pizzaville. I spoke to customer service and they stated to me that the store can charge what ever they want. How is this even acceptable.

I believe that a store cannot pass on the service charges... correct me if I am wrong. I would love if the #CTVNews would take a look at this as a business practice.
