November 3rd, 2024:

Booked and prepaid the previous day for attendance to this establishment today. Noticed on my receipt of a “processing fee” and inquired as to why given that we came in person to pay. Was told the following: Don’t know what the processing fee is for and over time is on the charged irregardless - JJ

Our “appointment time” was for 2:00 pm starting However, staff member JJ did not appears to the front counter till 2:14 pm without any apologies of any kind. Followed by another employee, Simrin popping out of nowhere as well and asked JJ, “you good”?

For almost $100 for two kids and an adult, and how this place has gone downhill. You are better off visiting a real museum whether it be Toronto over time Niagara Falls.

And given the price being charged for admission, you’d think that they would be able to purchase a new watering can. Has no one noticed that the handle is missing/broken off?

Not worth it.

New pictures have been added and my review has been changed to 1 star.

Upon entering until exiting the staff at this establishment were welcoming, friendly and informative. Staff provided tips & tricks for photo ops. At first sign of confusion, they were quick to answer any queries. This little adventure made a great fun filled Sunday afternoon with my two kids. I should say that Gordan was/is extremely kid friendly, even did a little magic show for my kids and then told them the secret to it lol l am happily amazed with this place and will make sure to spread word of mouth of how incredible and great this place is. Price point is great especially for a family of 4; 2 adults and two children. I would give it a 10/10 but there was no option for it. Any day of the week, this is a fun activity, whether for kids or adults or...

A great experience for all ages - so many lines, whorls, perspectives, light, mirrors, and more which create a variety of unique experiences and interactions. I visited with my teenager and young nieces and we all loved it. It felt not only entertaining but educational. You can understand the impact of perspectives and light; you see how the eyes can be tricked, how we prioritize what we see, how certain colors and shapes create cognitive puzzles. And the mirrors, the kaleidoscopic explorations, and more

Book ahead - look for discount codes on their website and use them. We enjoyed a 10% discount this summer Booking ahead allows you more or less uninterrupted time to explore the museum There are options for family tickets - 2 adults and 2 children that also make it a touch cheaper so check that out for larger groups instead of getting individual tickets The staff on site was helpful, introducing us to some exhibits and helping throughout but still leaving us with sufficient personal space to explore Plan for 45 minutes to 1 hour here. It's a small space, and once I'd done a walkthrough, I went back to explore things I'd missed Read the cards near each exhibit for more information Use the "camera" and "feet" icons on the floor to help position you in an ideal place for the best photos There's a little store area at the check-in desk where you can buy puzzles and other games The Living Arts centre, and Square one are in the vicinity so you...

Our visit to the optical illusion museum was an absolute delight, elevated by the exceptional hospitality of Efe and Natalie. From the moment we stepped in, Efe greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm that it felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. The museum itself, though compact, is a treasure trove of mind-bending exhibits that captivate and surprise at every turn—definitely worth the trip! Efe’s energy set the tone, engaging with our group, especially my friend’s 7-year-old, who was brimming with questions. she patiently answered each one, sparking joy and wonder that made the experience truly magical for the little one. When Natalie took over during the shift change, the seamless transition kept the same warm, inviting vibe going. She jumped right in, offering thoughtful insights, helping us snap perfect photos, and ensuring everyone felt included and cared for. Their genuine kindness, patience, and infectious enthusiasm made the visit unforgettable. Every question was answered with a smile, every photo opportunity enhanced by their guidance. This museum deserves five stars not just for its fascinating illusions but for the incredible people like Efe and Natalie who make it feel so special. If you’re looking for a unique, joy-filled outing, this place is an...

We (my 7 year old and I ) went to check out MiMuseum during the week. Heads up, all parking around the area is paid and the old machines don’t accept newer credit cards - bring change. We had no idea of what to expect but we’re certainly, pleasantly surprised! We bought our tickets online as there was a 10% promo code. In my opinion the price was a little high initially but felt a little better about it once we experienced the museum. The staff member Ben was fantastic! He paid special attention to each and every guest, offering to take pictures and explaining each exhibit. He made it truly magical for kids, having different tricks and jokes quickly on hand. The museum is truly interactive and immersive. We got really great pictures and loved checking out all the illusions. Our favourite part was the galaxy room ! It was really neat - we spent quite a bit of time checking out all the angles. It is about an hour and a half ish long if you read everything and check it all out; difficult with a 7 year old at times. Over all would highly recommend!

I visited MiMuseum on a weekend. I thought my time and money was wasted by this visit. First of all the ticket money is way toooooo much. It is$ 30 each for an adult. Then we thought there might be something interesting if they are taking so much money but there was nothing which caught our eye or was unique in this place. I saw children were having fun here because it was fascinating to them and it was new to them. I think there are a few puzzles or tasks I have already seen on Facebook. Secondly if the place is charging so much money at least they should have one more floor where more interesting things were kept to explore. You will never know how fast you will finish the tour and that too in 30 dollars. Whatever is present is worth half the ticket money. And yes if you have a child, this place is good but for adults, it's a big noooo. Just wanted to mention that the staff was very good, they were guiding and having conversations neatly.
