Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Mississauga

I will never deal with location ever again! They’ll add items to your order then charge you what you didn’t ask for! (Let alone the lies about the waiting time! It’s never 10-15 minutes! Always 20-30 minutes minimum) I made a pickup ordeover the phone then I went Nd picked up and noticed bill is higher than usual (I usually order same items). When I got home and opened the bag I found an extra platter meal there and already paid for ! I called the place and asked to speak to the manager (his name is Imran) and I explained to him what happened, he said bring the receipt next time and we will get you sorted. So tonight I went there to pickup my order and I called him and told him about what happened few weeks ago, his first response was : “did you eat that meal? I was like : excuse me!! He said did we miss anything in the order? I told him that’s not the point! The point is that you gave me something I didn’t need or want and you charged me for it!! And I am only having this convo with you because you said on the phone to come and see you next time!! Long story short : I will never buy food from them ever again. Hungry and famished, me and my family reached Popeyes at around 11pm on 21st April. My 3yr old was crying incessantly so I thought I would pickup whatever was available. As I entered, I saw some people waiting for their ordered stuff but the queue for ordering was empty. The lady, Barbie, took my order and I requested for a 2pc Chicken Combo with Fries. She asked me "spicy or mild" and I replied whatever is available. I paid and waited for my "to-go" order. I waited for 10 mins while my toddler was crying. After 10 mins, and by then the crowd cleared up, the same lady asked me to be seated since it would take another 5mins. I was astonished and asked the lady that when I placed the order I specifically told I want stuff that is available and why she didn't tell me then that it would take time. Without apologizing, she said give me 2 mins. And in a minute my order was ready, I picked up my order and left. To my utter dismay, everything was cold. I expected that after waiting I would be served at least freshly fries chicken which would be hot.

Never coming to this place again. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

I usually go there for takeouts, today was one of the worst experience ever, their service level is degrading day by day. I called and was told to wait and put on hold, after waiting for 15 minutes I dropped off the call and called again. I was told to call back later after 5 minutes. I told the lady that I called before and waited for 15 minutes as asked her name so that I can bring it to the attention of the management but she hang up rudely. I went in person and ask for the manager. To my surprise the girl name Anjali said that she is the on duty manager and was the one on the phone as well. She said she did me a favor by picking up the phone as they are very busy (which does not seems the case to me as there were only 3 other customers inside the restaurant at the time). I ordered my takeout and was given the receipt of another order (Apparently a skip the dishes order :) ). it seems that cash counter staff is not even trained to handle the cash machine. I told her her that this is not my order, and to make the matters worst the coke on the dispenser was out gas, dispensing salty water.

I wish I can rate lower that one star, but unfortunately, you have to select rating...
