Mighty Jungle Indoor Playground — Attraction in Mississauga

Worse experience with the staff/owner. The owner is too rude and he doesn't care if there are other guests present at the party. Our slot was booked for 7-9PM. We asked the girl sitting at the reception at around 8.45PM how much time we have until we start packing up and she said that you can start packing at around 9PM and can leave around 9.15-9.20. We started packing up at 8.55 instead and since there was a big snowstorm outside, there was a 10 min delay in putting things in the car and cleaning the space. Finally, at the time of billing, to all of our surprise, she charged us $50 extra for 30 mins extra which she never mentioned before. I asked her to consider the heavy snowstorm outside and also asked her to talk to the owner but instead of the owner talking politely, he was so rude in front of the guests and that was too disappointing for all of us.

The place is good but the owners are not at all polite and talk very rudely. They don't know how to treat their clients/customers and all of our friends were disappointed by their behaviour. I had my daughters 1st birthday here and it was everything it promised to be and more. We forgot a few things and they actually had what we needed like a knife to cut the cake. The coffee was good and they provided a few other things like juice and Ginos pizza that feed everyone there! They also had an amazing jungle gym for all kids. There was a toddler area for my little Sarah to enjoy and 3 story safe but exciting area for some of the other older kids that came. I was able to decorate the area and the place was clean for eat, play and open gifts. The gentleman that was the employee on shift was amazing and tried to help us anyway he could. We were prepared, but sometimes u forget little details and he helped us. Two hours goes by in a blink of an eye, but we'll worth the pictures, memories, and play place for kids. We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at Mighty Jungle and the experience was wonderful. The booking process was easy and the team followed up with our requirements a week before promptly. A big shoutout to #JADE & #OLIVER for being so kind and respectful . You truly made us feel comfortable.

The place was clean, sanitized and felt fresh.

We were given enough time to put up our decorations and the crew members helped us with it.

As soon as our guests started coming, the crew member got the coffee, pizzas and juice boxes ready. The kids loved the cheese pizza.

Throughout the party, we were asked if we needed any help and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Lots of play things to keep kids upto age 8 occupied and ample space for the celebration. The venue itself has lots of interesting decor elements like stuffed animals, live birds, live reptiles etc. All in all a great place to host your kids...
