Read to understand why they got a 1 star Shisha is good Food is good We made a reservation for a large group Our table wasn’t ready Waited close to 2 hours to start getting our food which took an hour to come in waves All came 1 item at a time…starting with fries which took 2 hours When everyone finished eating 3 people still didn’t get their food When those items took way too long we asked them to just cancel it…they ignored us and still brought it out and still kept it on the bill They apologized but blamed the waitress and us for moving to a table outside I ordered 3 cheese buruk…1 hour later they brought us mozzarella sticks saying they don’t have the cheese buruk(just brought something we didn’t order without telling us ahead of time and still kept it on the bill) In any establishment when a mistake is made it’s understandable…all you have to do is own up to your mistake and compensate your customers without making things awkward which did not happen what so ever!

Above and beyond all that they charged us $72 service fee which we clearly did not receive any service…and they refused to waive it.

The owner was present for all of this and at no point did he come out to handle his business but rather let his staff with no authority sit and pretty much yell at us in front of other customers

Finally when I asked for my tea after this whole movie went down which we still didn’t get which was ordered n hour ago instead of bringing it they just brought $10 and said it’s $8 here is $10 for you!

FYI Abdalla Hamam & Ayass Alhabbal who put a 5 star review are employees who works at Samoon (Ayass is the lady who disrespected my dad and said “what are you going to do about it) when my father said he will report her for her actions...

Never have I ever experienced a customer service as provided in this place. To begin with the place is so unhygienic with flies everywhere. They don’t clean the tables. I had the worst experience ever. This is the only restaurant that I’ve been in my life that gave three different bills with different amounts. We requested to talk to the manager 5 times but they said manager is busy and doesn’t have time for customers. Then after asking a thousand times the owner finally arrived. He was very aggressive and kept banging on the table and asked what’s our problem.. HE WASN'T WEARING A MASK AND HE SAID ITS HIS STORE AND HE HAS MONEY SO HE CAN DO WHATEVER HE WANTS. He never wanted to solve the issue he got so aggressive and threw the payment machine and pushed the tables just because we asked why they gave us three...

For starters it was Eid and me and my family came here to eat with some of our friends to have a fun night. However the night was far from fun and mostly dissatisfied. The begining was quite nice everyone was talking and having fun except later after that is went downhill quite fast. For starters our food came in extremely late. For nearly two hours. We had people who haven't eaten and were looking forward to eat here however 3 of our guest haven't even received their food by the end of the night. However the wasn't the part that was the most dissatisfied. When we were speaking with the staff and all we received was a sorry. One of the lady was speaking very rudly to my husband and Infront of all the other customers and my family which is extremely disrespectful. Overall we were extremely unhappy...
