We recently visited Smash Burgers & Steak in Mississauga’s Ridgeway Plaza as two families — three adults and five kids — and had a fantastic experience. We ordered a variety of items including double smash burgers, cheeseburgers, the popular omelet burger, fries, and onion rings. Everything came out quickly and was prepared fresh to order.

One of the things that really stood out was how well-balanced the meals were. From the outside, the burgers look hefty (in a good way), but they weren’t greasy or overwhelming like some other places. The food was satisfying without being too heavy, which we really appreciated. It hit the spot perfectly — flavorful, juicy, and not overly oily.

Service was also excellent. Alicia at the counter was incredibly pleasant and made us feel right at home. She was warm, attentive, and truly added to the experience with her hospitality.
