Only this branch of BR out of all the others around the neighbourhood, has a LOCK on their icecream Freezer! Very humiliating and feustrating that first you wait in a long line so someone can ask what you are looking for and then they will ask you again to wait on a side as someone to come and open the lock and take it out for you! Had happend 3 times already. And last time literally the girl rolled her eyes on me when i i asked:"wait again?" And again today, we went their to pick up the tubs and waited in the long line just so someone can ask us and open the freezer so we can pick our flavors and check out,same time while my kids were looking and deciding a girl came very quick and in a very rude tone said tell me i will take it out for you! my husband got to interupt her and say we are together. Wondering why this attitude and why this lock only in this branch? It questions the neighbourhood and the community living around, looks like the owner doesn't trust the people visiting the branch! If thats the reason then honestly we all should NOT visit this particular location...

Looks like owners dont care about what people are saying negative about this location, Baskin Robins needs to step in..... I talked over the phone on 31st to make sure I get the 31% discount deal before I go to this location, and they said yes, when I get there and wanted to buy 5 prepacks, they didnt give me 31% off on their multipack deal!! When I asked that its your deal and you had it posted, you should give it to me without any questions but the man behind the counter kept arguing and didn't honour their own deal, I was really surprised and asked again its your deal how come you are not giving it to me..... the gentleman again argue and didn't give me the deal price, they dont know how to deal customers, and I believe that was the owners instructions to not give 31% off when buying multipacks, com on guys remove that sign posted on your freezer so customers know.

I guess since this location is busy, the owners dont care what customers are thinking, lots of negative reviews but no actions.
