Extremely disappointed after our latest visit to this location. tl;dr someone threw up and the baristas put an apron over it.
Visiting this location there was one server working the counter. After placing our order another customer came up to tell him that someone had thrown up in the store. Looking over to tables it was evident where the person had been sitting. The server looked bewildered and went into the back and told two other servers what had happened. Both looked very confused about what to do. After a couple of moments the person who had thrown up came out of the bathroom with paper towels to clean up a little bit. The servers walked over, looked at the situation and came back. At this point one would think that they would get a mop and clean up, but instead they brought an apron from the back and a wet floor sign and placed it over top the vomit and then the sign beside the apron. One server then worked the counter, the other decided to move stock around for the next day, and the third thought this was a good time to take out the recycling.
Considering the biohazard that vomit is, we would have thought it a little more pressing to clean up, especially with a number of other people working in...
   Read moreI have been using this Starbucks location for a while and it has been good for the 5 years I've been a customer until recently. I started ordering from them using Uber Eats for 2 years and it has been a good experience.
However, within the past 3 months they have not gotten a single order correct. Either items are missing or I get the entirely wrong order. This is NOT an Uber Eats issue. There is nothing the driver can do if the Starbucks employees do not fulfill the order correctly. There's also nothing you can do about it except call and complain and get a, "Sorry".
I'm going to stop ordering from this location because of this. 4 orders in a row, not a single one even remotely correct. I'm not sure who they've hired but they don't know how to read a screen and put in the correct items...
   Read moreOof.. I used to think very highly of this starbucks, however after taking 35 minutes to complete a mobile order at 4:10pm on a tuesday, I am absolutely dissappointed. One of my beverages was made incorrectly, was wattery and wasnt even filled to the top. There were 2 baristas working at my time of arrival, one walking back and forth doing God knows what (but she did make sure not to wash her hands after touching cash...in a pandemic) and the other obviously flustered from having a large lineup. Thank God for this Asian guy who i recognize from many different locations who began around 430 (i assume he rotates his skill set).
