I wish I can give less than 1 star. They always mess up the order and when we complain, they become rude . They have audacity to shout at customer just because they know customers will come no matter whether they provide quality products or customer service. Worst place to go ..
Editing this review to give more details about what happened. Placed an order ( order number : 10, just an example) , it was 1 hot coffee and 2 two Tim bits. Waited for 5 mins , went back and asked them . I was told to wait and will receive my order as placed . Saw bunch of people , who came after me, getting their orders ( their order was 5 numbers behind me , it had 4 iced coffees etc). Asked them what happened to my order , was told to wait . Asked them to just give Tim bits as my kid was getting restless for their snacks. Employee said No, I will get my order together. After few mins , Was called and she asked me the replacement for Tim bits as what I ordered is not available . Told them in high pitch voice give what ever you want , as the store was chaotic with many people talking . I was furious because it was in store order , and they did not check whether they have that Tim bit available for today. One another male employee took an exception and rudely told me to get out of the store . Don’t yell at my employee and all . (Buddy if you are reading this , check the video of the store what happened and you don’t have to pretend to be a hero in front of female employees at the cost of customer. ) Was given coffee and Tim bits.. I took them out and realized that they did not add any milk at all ( i have requested one when I ordered).
Now my question is , when you are so incompetent at your job , you can expect some push back from customer . If you are not going to respond in a positive way , except your store reputation going south . Just because you guys have monopoly in this location, it does not mean customer do not have any choice .
For my part , I did lodge a complaint with Tim Hortons as well. Let’s see whether these guys improve...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons that left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Yesterday at around 4 PM, I accidentally left my charger behind and returned just 10 minutes later to retrieve it. Two people had seen a customer take the charger and hand it to the front cashier for safekeeping. When I approached the staff, I politely asked about a lost charger. A worker named Iffat immediately said she hadn’t received anything, and when I insisted, she began raising her voice and asking others—none of whom seemed aware or interested. Eventually, to get rid of me, she claimed the charger might be in a locked office, but said the manager had just left minutes ago. I later confirmed with the manager himself that this was untrue—he hadn’t left or locked any office. When I returned the next morning as instructed, none of the previous staff were present. A new worker dismissed me almost immediately, saying “we didn’t receive anything” without even asking around or checking. Her attitude was careless and cold. I was made to wait again, only to be brushed off once more. When I asked for help checking camera footage, the janitor told me no footage existed. No effort, no concern—just blame-shifting. It was only after my older brother arrived that the staff started taking the situation seriously. They even brought out a charger that wasn’t mine, but nothing was done until someone older and male intervened. As a young woman who looks younger than I am, I felt completely ignored and not taken seriously. Whether the charger was stolen by a customer or misplaced by staff, I still don’t know—because no one cared enough to truly help. Read moreI usually don't put reviews. We just recently moved in to this area so this is the closest Tim Hortons for my family. I've been coming here quite often especially morning time. Mostly come at front cause it's just a 7 to 8 minutes walk from my home. Every time I visit here find their front customers including me are the last priority for them. If I'm not wrong the guy is the store manager who doesn't care for the front customers. He's constantly with the drive thru customers and even when drive thru is not so busy he gets busy with his drive thru employees. Cracking adult jokes, double meaning words, touching his female employees for no reason no matter what front is crazy busy. Dear owner, your store front is also a part of your business. Please don't ruin your business. Please tell your manager to put some effort on front customers as well. We are not blind or deaf people.we customers are watching everything, can hear everything from the dining area as well. Otherwise it's a very nicely renovated store. Busy restaurant that's why food is always fresh. But the store manager could be a good reason for destroying this...
