I ordered 3 subs and they were missing ingredients and incorrectly filled (I.e. missing lettuce). I live close to the location, so I returned and ask them to add the missing elements, but flat out refused. All this happened within the span on 15 minutes including driving home and back to the restaurant. I didn't ask for a refund - I simply asked them to fix the order. The subway worker could see the missing ingredients! This is customer service at its worst. DO NOT VISIT THE LOCATION AT FOWLER - WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

"As order was made with accuracy and our staff showed you the receipt, which confirmed that one of the subs didn't include lettuce because it wasn't part of the original order. The other two subs had lettuce added as requested."
In your reply, you stated I did not ask for lettuce in one of my subs. Completely wrong as I requested lettuce in ALL THREE OF MY SUBS. Thanks to the digital age, I've now added a receipt of yesterday's order, which shows lettuce was requested on ALL THREE SUBS. The receipt is dated (Aug. 20) and shows your location (Fowler). Thank you for your comment, which CONFIRMS your sub maker left out the lettuce when it was part of the order. I have also have print screen your response in the event you edit/delete it.

I was dining at a restaurant next to it but as I was leaving, I noticed a Gordon Food Services Truck and its delivery service worker who was having an interaction with a Subway employee he was delivering to. She took the trolly cart away from him and he was manually lifting the items to deliver it into the subway. I approached him as I felt so bad and asked him what happened and he said his trolly was broken so he asked the subway employee if he could use theirs and she said yes. Shortly after, the employee came out and took the trolly away from him because she said the store owner was watching from the camera and said that the GFS employee could not use their trolly so he was struggling. I felt absolutely so bad for this Gordon Food Employee. That is so disgusting and I felt complied to write a review because I saw this delivery guy struggle immensely to deliver food for that SAME SUBWAY. How can people be so cruel? However, the guy was trying to be so quick he started making my second sandwich first and I honestly didn’t notice so he gave all the wrong toppings on one sandwich.
