May 27th 2022. I wish I could have a chat with the owner / manager of this location to express my disappointment with their staff’s lack of customer service.
I just left the store.
At the drive thru I ordered one meal. As I got to the window, I asked to double my order, but I wanted it on one receipt. The girl told me it wasn’t possible. I insisted & I offered to pay for both at the window, go into the store to pick up the food.
She then asked her coworker, then she gave me the impression the coworker instructed her how to reverse the one & charge for the 2 orders as I’ve requested. She tricked me into only paying for one.
I went into the store to pick up the 2 orders, the same coworker brought the 2 orders & stated I still needed to pay for the second order, as she only charged for one.
I decided to ask them to cancel both orders & issue me a credit.
They kept diverting from giving me my credit, as if giving credits were impossible. At that moment, there were at least 3 workers (including the supervisor) was there to have it their way. There was also 3 other customers in the store, & approximately 10-12 minutes had passed (including waiting time for the food), while my truck was running outside.
I decided to say “goodbye, call me for my credit, or I’ll pass by another day”.
I’m not sure if owners / managers hire persons to make it very difficult to provide decent customer service. It’s a simple process, customer has certain rights, & I felt as though I wasn’t provided with professional customer service today.

Read moreHave been order orderding from this location from years but i just went to drive thru and ordered four bean burritos and bean chalupa. We parked near the store and started eating the food but it was ice cold. I went back to the drive thru and informed that my food is cold and not fresh. The person taking my order said it’s fresh and we can only replace ur chalupa if it’s cold. Then i said that whenever i have ordered in the past it’s neverr cold then a guy from the back said”mam plz drive up and we will replace your order”. I went to the pickup window and got my order. I know that chalupa was again not fresh (it was reheated and less quantity inside) and the bean burritos also had very less quantity that what i always get from any other or this taco bell. I guess when i was ordering the first time the attitude of the person taking the order was not acceptable but i talked the same way but when i went back again to the pick up she didn’t even glanced my way. “I just want to say that please be nice and respectful only then your customers would be respectful towards you. Also if u had smiled and talked nicely i would have never ever returned or complain about the order.” I deserve to get fresh and the right quantity for the amount i am paying for my food. The second time mess is really not acceptable and i am not going to go back to your pick up window again to complain. Thank you and good night. Read moreTacobell.ca says this location opens till 2 am. I called the phone number to ensure hours of operation at this location. The store number is not even in Canada and it's long distance with U.S. area code. No one picked up the phone. I called tacobell canada customer service and they do not know about above information. They took my feedback.
When i went to this tacobell location, the staff says that they are closing at 12 am.
I was rushed into eating my order. The staff was standing on your head to kick you out so that they can clean.
I told them the closing hours are 2 a.m. but this location has posted their own hours different than taco bell canada website.
I showed the website hours for this location bur they continue to argue.
Staff started acting like crazy.
Stupid franchise owner and retarded staff.
I requested to either change hours of this location on taco bell canada website or change the board posted at the door of this location.
The staff started behaving as if they don't understand English.
I informed that customer check tacobell.ca for hours before they leave their house to enjoy snacks at taco bell.
Taco bell US is much better.
What a waste of time and money.
Dirty location and cashier has only one answer, he/she is new in the store.
