Please don't go to this Tim Horton's.
Basically there's a prankster in the team.
The first time I ordered for delivery they gave me a cold empty bagel with a croissant cut in half (empty) when I had ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a croissant with egg and sausage. It was around 2 pm so the breakfast is still available. I had to go there to complain.
The second time (today) I ordered through the app for pickup in person, again a breakfast croissant for pick-up around 3pm (breakfast is still available). I had some delays at work and I got there at 4:01 pm. They told me they can't make it at the moment because it's 4pm. I told them that I had made the order at 3pm, but they said they make the order when I come to the store. So then what's the logic of ordering through the app if they are gonna prepare the order when I arrive? The cashier, a filipino woman, told me that she saw my order but she didn't make it because I wasn't here. Then the supervisor came, another filipino woman, who started to blame me for "being late", which is none of her business. I'm never...
Read moreAn hour ago, I visited this particular Tim Hortons to order a Classic Lemonade, which I requested without ice. To my surprise, the staff handed me a cup that was barely filled halfway. When I politely inquired why the cup was not filled to the top, the staff member responded that this was the “regular amount” given to everyone who does not request ice.
I explained that I often order the same drink at other Tim Hortons locations and have never received such a small portion. Instead of addressing my concern, the staff member closed the drive-thru window while I was still speaking. I found this response extremely rude and dismissive.
Unfortunately, this kind of poor customer service is not new at this location and is the reason I had previously stopped visiting. I had hoped the experience would be different this time, but clearly, the service issues persist.
I am disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed, and I believe this matter should be looked into seriously. Customers should be treated with the respect they deserve. They also watered down the...
Read moreOnce again drive-thrus in the morning are completely ridiculous. You order blueberry muffins you get bran muffins you order medium triple triples you get medium something with no sugars. The elderly gentleman at the drive-thru looks at the screen. A hundred times looks at the machine that you tied your card on a bunches of times looks at your coffee. A bunch of times looks inside your bag of food a couple of times before handing you the order. I don't understand the thought process of having someone like him work the drive-thru. It's just sad to see how a company like Tim Hortons has really went downhill over the years to do the service orders getting mixed up coffee's not being made properlys ice caps tasting not great. We need to see a lot of improvement in this company starting with the people who work there. They need to show some sort of care and passion into doing this job and dealing with food and serving...
