Yalla Sawa feels like stepping into a time capsule from before my grandfather was born, with dĂ©cor so outdated it makes thrift stores look modern. The entertainment was just as bad a main singer who wouldn’t survive the first audition of Arab Idol (for worst singers) and an oud player who went on for two hours straight, like a medieval soundtrack no one asked for. Service was an absolute disaster: 30 minutes just for water and juice, an hour for my shisha (which nearly made me throw up), my friend never got hers, and when mine finally arrived, it took another 15 minutes to get tiny scraps of charcoal. We were five people at the table but got food for two, and when we asked if that was all, they said yes. Meanwhile, a camera with a blinding light stand was constantly in my face I understand wanting some photos, and videos but this isn’t a wedding and no one needs a full-time videographer filming every bite and cough. The owner runs the place from what I saw with just two overworked waitresses and two guys for charcoal duty, and despite barely eating, I still had to pay plus a ridiculous $65 cover charge. Overall, it was uncomfortable, overpriced, and downright miserable save yourself the headache, the stomachache, and the regret, and go literally anywhere else. They did remove the cover charge and the total came up to 74$ which is good but take a look at the pictures food is still the same barely my 2 friends ate from it and they wanted to...

Came here around 7 pm on Christmas Day, the place was basically empty when I ordered a chocolate cake with a bunch of other drinks from the person who showed us our seats. The drinks came quickly but the cake didnt. I waited for over 45 minutes until a different waiter asked if everything was good, i said i ordered a cake and it never came. He quickly rushed away to check up on it, another 40 minutes passed, same waiter asked me if I got my cake I told him no and he was surprised. I told him i dont even want it anymore. An hour later i asked a third waiter if they had cake at the location, and then ordered one from him. Of course nothing came and i was there for at least another hour. Worst part was I noticed the table next to us get an order of cake, and that they put the cake on the bill when i went to pay at the end. Also the ice shisha is a plastic tube with two tiny plastic bags (like tiny freezies) filled with ice, except one of the plastic bags wasnt filled with anything just air, not even water.

Apart from that the waiters were nice and everything and the shisha quality was great but it's kind of funny actually that 3 different waiters couldn't manage to get me a cake within the span of 3-4 hours, especially after asking 4 times. The entire time I figured they just didn't want to own up to the fact that they didn't have cake in stock or something until I saw the table next to us get it. Pretty...

Yala Sawa is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly sets the mood for a great dining experience. The dĂ©cor is stylish yet cozy, with a perfect blend of modern and traditional elements that make you feel right at home.

The food is simply outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re in the mood for delicious grilled meats, perfectly seasoned rice dishes, or mouthwatering appetizers, every bite is packed with authentic Arab taste. The portions are generous, and the quality is top-notch.

The music adds to the experience, creating a lively yet relaxing ambiance that makes it a perfect spot for both casual dinners and special occasions plis they have belly dancing! Absolutely love it. The playlist is always on point, enhancing the vibe without being too overpowering.

And of course, the shisha (my favourite thing) is a must-try! Smooth, flavorful, and expertly prepared, it’s the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the evening. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring you have everything you need for a perfect night out.

If you’re looking for a place that offers amazing food, great music, and a top-tier shisha experience, Yala Sawa is definitely the place to be! Highly recommended!

Thank you to everyone at Yala Sawa for the...

If you’re looking for an authentic and cozy spot to chill with friends or family, Yalla Sawa is the place to be! Owned by the always-welcoming Abu Yousef, this restaurant offers a perfect blend of delicious food, relaxing vibes, and top-notch service. The shisha here is honestly one of the best around – smooth, flavorful, and always fresh. Whether you’re into double apple, mint, or grape, they’ve got you covered. As for the food – wow. Every dish is full of flavor and clearly made with care. From the juicy grilled meats to the mouthwatering appetizers, you can really taste the quality. Everything is well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended if you’re in the mood for great food, amazing shisha, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Yalla Sawa is definitely a hidden gem – shoutout to Abu Yousef for running such a great spot

We went to this place today, we had not known that there was a party and a singer. There was 15$ charge for party fee but we chosen to set on the other section if we weren't not interested. That's nice and considerate of people who like to seat quietly :) The party was just LIT ! The singer Khaled Almusri wad just a great and fun man ! He has got so much energy and positive vipe; him and his squad ( only one guy with unique beard) We had shisha's and juice. I was surprised with how authentic the shishas were ! The guy was also always replacing the charcoal and ensuring our shisha was good which isn't something you would expect. Overall we had a great experience and fun a fun night! I will definitely recommend this place and would com again!
