The staff are friendly. Had a few times where threy started to pour coffee, and then poured tea into the same cup, ended up with some weird hybrid.

Got a dutchie today and it was filled with chocolate? Not the dutchie I grew up with. They dont make the donuts on site so no idea which...

They never have a lot of selection, often the coffee is NOT fresh when we ask if it is (which pretty sure that's a Tim Horton slogan). Inconsistency in their service - some people are great, others almost give you attitude...

Very poor in service, staff is very rude, afternoon coffee is worst to have there, I guess owner doesn’t care since lots of customers due to corporate building and nothing else...
