I visited Palmyra and ordered the Shish Tawook mains and wrap, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, the chicken was tender and perfectly grilled, and the sauces were incredibly fresh—nothing like the usual, bland options you find elsewhere. Every bite was packed with a perfect balance of spices, making the meal both satisfying and memorable. What made the experience even better was the exceptional hospitality. The owner, Afaf, was truly lovely. She took the time to ensure that my meal was exactly how I wanted it, paying close attention to my preferences. It wasn’t just about serving food; it was about creating a great dining experience. Her warmth and dedication to quality really stood out, making the visit all the more special. Unlike the usual dull start at other places, Palmyra turned my day into something exciting. The food spoke for itself—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. It’s clear that this place values quality over everything else. If you’re looking for a spot that serves incredible Middle Eastern food with a personal touch, Palmyra is definitely worth a visit.

Definitely the best shawarma I’ve had in a long time! I liked it better than Osmow’s and a lot of the other chains out there. They season their chicken even after it comes off the spit - I cannot explain how good it is in this review. The salad is also dressed, snd the potatoes are well seasoned once they’re fried. The rice is great too. Most importantly, they don’t need to drown their plate in sauce to have flavour. I highly recommend going here if you’re in the area or can get there. One note for people getting falafel - the falafel plates come with less items than all other dinner plates so make sure you ask first so you know what you’re getting. The falafel are very tasty though!!

If you’re looking for Lebanese food by the airport this is the place to order from. The food was delicious. A small owned restaurant and It’s better than Osmows Shawarma. It’s also woman owned !!!! This small indie Lebanese restaurant’s Chicken on the rocks was delicious, healthy and hit the spot. It wasn’t greasy, the rice was tender and the chicken was juicy and crisp. If you’re looking for lunch or dinner. This is the place. I would dine in, they plate beautifully too. It looks appetizing and delicious! Thank you. Support female owned businesses. :)

I usually never write reviews but my experience was SO bad here that I feel like I HAVE to say something. We just returned from dinner at this place - we took my parents there for the first time since it was my mom's birthday. The waitress serving our table was a young girl and if I were to describe her in one word, I would say 'MISERABLE'. She was so grumpy and did not even greet us with a smile. She came to our table and took our order, which was all fine. After bringing out our food, we needed more pitas and I called out to this girl maybe 4 times before she even acknowledged me. I totally get that servers can be stressed and super busy and can't always be pleasant, even though that's what is expected. But did I mention the restaurant was EMTPY?? We were the only ones there so it's not like she could not hear me or she was busy serving other customers. When I requested more pitas, she gave us a dirty look as if we were bothering her. After we finished our meal, we had to ask her for a take-away container. Once again, after looking 'bothered' by our request, she put the take away container at the check out counter for us to come take it from her - she did not even have the decency to bring it to our table. If your job is to be a server and there are no other customers at the restaurant, shouldn't you atleast have enough customer service to bring the take away container to our table?? After we packed up our food, the owner came out and the girl disappeared inside. I was so peeved by this server's bad behaviour and her grumpy attitude that I decided to bring it up with the owner. I first asked him if the server was related to him, since I did not want to offend him if that girl was his daughter or neice. He said no and I told him that she has really bad customer service skills since we had to call out to her several times to request anything and she was so grumpy the whole time as if we were bothering her by asking for something. As i'm telling him this, he cuts me off and starts talking to my 2 year old, asking how old he is. I'm trying to help him improve the level of service for future customers by giving him my honest opinion and this guy does not even care to acknowledge it. Needless to say, we will NEVER step foot into this place again. Service is just garbage and food portions are small and overpriced. If you want good mediterranean food, go to PARAMOUNT!! They have bigger portions for a lower price, better service and tastier food. I would never step foot in this place again, nor recommend it to anyone if they want a pleasant dining experience or good...

3.5 stars... its so hard to rate this place because the favours were great on some items but overall, it seemed so disorganized and some items were not well executed.

I was dying for a good meal especially after a long day of travel and I've had Palmyra on my radar for a while. Seeing how it was near the airport, I was thinking it would be the perfect spot especially seeing how they've had some amazing reviews. It pains me to give less than 4 stars because it's clearly a family run place but comparing it to another family run spot (Pho Ngoc Yen), it's a very different experience.

The restaurant is more fast casual which would be ok if it was clean... there were entire tables with old food and dirty dishes just littering the entire area. The floor underneath the 'cleaner' tables had old food. It just seemed.... disorganized. The ordering was haphazard and I think they were busy with the 2 tables already sitting and waiting for food. Also, the older lady didnt pack the food but said it was done so the other staff (family members) were confused on where everything was.

Prices are fair and very reasonable for the amount of food but the execution of the food is where I sighed a bit. If only there was a bit more care... it would have easily a 4 star.

Falafel dinner (with fries, pickles, hummus, tabbouleh) - I'll start with the good... flavour. It's all there and you can tell it's done by them. The herbs and spices in the falafel were great. Unfortunately it was cold and hard... like over fried and then placed on a plate for hours. The tabbouleh salad had a great citrus kick and was very good. The pickles were a nice compliment but the fries... pale, limp, and underseasoned. It was just sad. If they just cooked the falafel fresh and redo the fries to their crispy, easily one of better falafel dishes but ... it wasn't. 3.5/5

I wish I could give it higher as it seems like great flavours but just lacking...
