Ly and Henry really work at making your dining experience feel like their home! We were staying nearby and nearly walked by but thought we would like to try something different from what we had been eating lately. Boy! were we happy we stopped. Non descript exterior and no menu posted was slightly off putting and the reason we nearly kept walking, but we saw Ly working diligently cleaning tables and knew care would be given to us. We had chicken satays with the most incredible peanut sauce either of us had ever tasted! The spring rolls were obviously freshly prepared and perfectly cooked if not too hot when they came out. Not a complaint, just be careful when you want to bite in! We shared a Bangkok street style pad thai and green curry beef dish with rice and I gotta say wow. If you haven't experienced a different taste in pad thai, give this a try! Not the normal sweet with heat treat of north American flavoured pad thai, this was authentic and had an incredible layer of flavour. As did the green curry, so many layers! It was obvious that they make it fresh and in house. We are looking forward to our next work trip to the area so we can discover new flavours from this hidden gem! Amazing service Ly. Keep up the great work.

Great food coupled with a great owner. Passing through Toronto on route to board a plane, we stopped at Twin Fish. So glad we followed the google reviews and found this place. One of the best Thai restaurants we have eaten at. Enjoyed mango salad, wonton soup, veggie spring rolls. Our main course was udon noodles with shrimp and mango chicken. The food was piping hot, delicious and plentiful. The mango chicken had the right amount of heat and spice and it came with loads of chicken and still crunchy veggies and lots of mango chunks. A wonderful dish. The noodles were also very flavourful. A very comfortable and tastefully decorated restaurant made dining here a pleasure. The owner (and our server) was a treat. He was super friendly and had good stories to share. Wish we didn’t have to drive 250kms to come to this restaurant. For those living close by, make this place a destination or, if not, go of your way to eat at this fine Thai restaurant. Glad we did!

We picked up take-out from Twin Fish on Eglinton in Mississauga tonight and it was excellent. My order was ready and waiting for me, and everything was exactly as I had requested (including omitting the ingredient I can't have because of a food allergy). We ordered Basil Seafood, Beef with Canadian Broccoli, Crispy Chicken and Basil Chicken and it was all delicious. On previous visits my favourite dish has been the Thai Spicy Noodles (I highly recommend it). The restaurant had good Covid-19 safety protocols in place, and a big bottle of hand sanitizer by the door. Things are really quiet in that neighbourhood right now because most of the businesses in the area are doing work from home, so this place could really use more customers to help them get through. We'll be ordering again!

Went to this restaurant today to order takeout. Turns out they are no longer spoon and fork and I had accidentally called the wrong place (this location was spoon and fork a while back; now it's twin fish). Anyway after chatting with the cashier and realizing that, I quickly stepped out to call the original restaurant to cancel so I could order here instead. They cancelled it. I went back in to place an order and the guy could not comprehend that someone would be honest enough to do that as he just stood there and gave me a look. When I told him I had cancelled and wanted to place an order here, he hesitated and scoffed! I told him I'm no longer interested in ordering after confronting him since it was clear that he thought I was lying from his attitude. As I was stepping out I could still hear him laughing and talking to his coworker. I'm sure you can imagine what he was taking about. Very telling of his own character. Extremely ridiculous experience and will never step foot in this restaurant again. PS my original order at spoon and fork (for a similar item) was 4 bucks cheaper than what was...

I hope all the positive reviews here are either from friends or families of the owner. My recent experience with Twin Fish Restaurant for a pick-up order left me utterly disappointed and shocked at the level of rudeness displayed by one of their manager or owner. Upon arriving at the restaurant to collect my order, I politely asked the manager/owner how long it would take for my order to be ready. Instead of a simple answer, he responded with an incredibly rude remark, telling me to "get out" without any justification or explanation. I was taken aback by his unwarranted hostility and lack of basic courtesy. I believe it is reasonable to inquire about the status of my pick up order and the expected waiting time. No one should be treated with such disrespect. This incident left me with no choice but to leave the restaurant without collecting my order Based on my unfortunate encounter, I strongly advise against visiting Twin Fish Restaurant or placing any orders with them. If they cannot treat their customers with the basic respect they deserve, then they certainly do not deserve...
