Terrible customer service. I will never return to this location because of my experience this morning.
I waited in a long SLOW line up. Waited at the drive thru speaker for someone to greet me—took a very long time. I Was asked to hold twice after I asked for a bacon egg breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. Finally they completed my order; decaf double double, bacon egg breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and a chocolate chunk cookie. I again waited another few minutes for the cars ahead of me to get their order at the window ONLY to pull up for them to say that their debit machine went down. I explained that I do not have enough cash on me to pay for the meal. They said that it’s not their fault that the machine went down. I said it’s not my fault either and that I have waited in this line and I asked what now. They said that there was nothing they can do. This was absolutely upsetting. It was just about 9am— there was no chance I was able to stop somewhere else to get my breakfast now. They offered me my coffee but said they couldn’t give me the food. That sandwich is def going in the garbage—Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Thanks for ruining my morning. I will not come back and to top it off yesterday at this same location at approx the same time they had run out of egg and I was asked to wait 5 minutes!running out of eggs in the middle of breakfast...
Read moreMy mind is blown! I can't believe what I just witnessed. At around 10am, tuesday May 28th I went to get a coffee and breakfast. I go to this location sort of frequently and have never had an issue with the service or food quality. In fact the ladies there new and seasoned are some of the better Tim's employees I've had the pleasure of being served by. The real issue is what I witnessed today, a store full of employees and customers, and some sort of district manager lady was there today who isn't usually and she was completely berating at least one of the staff members. Going of the rails with her tone and everyone putting their heads down. This was something that definitely could have been left in a strongly worded email. I know from experience that management like that DOES NOT WORK! THAT IS NOT HOW YOU GET HAPPY PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYEES. You definitely do not demand respect! Then she proceeded to gossip loudly with another employee about the singer pitbull. So one employee gets torn to shreds and the others getting paid to talk about the worst artist in the world, Nice!!! I'm angry and don't want to get coffee at this location anymore. Not gonna support a company that berates minimum...

This particular location - I wanted to buy 2 Iced Caps and was told that they cannot make it for me because the machine was just cleaned and I would have to wait 10-15 minutes. So I changed my order to an Iced coffee and a Strawberry Banana Real fruit smoothie. In the middle of my 10 minute wait, I saw the lady serve an Iced Cap to a drive thru customer. When my drinks were finally made, they realized they ran out of straws and the gentleman had to run over to the gas station attendant to get some.
Tim Hortons Corporate - take note, selling out to Burger King will end up being your demise, because after finally getting my iced coffee and the "real fruit" smoothie, both products tasted like absolute GARBAGE! Both drinks tasted like the flavours we're we'e from cheap chemicals, leaving a film of unnatural aftertaste on my and my wife's palate.
