Read moreIt is new but the swimming pool and change rooms are so filthy. There are goggles, broken rods at the bottom. The pool walls are slimey, especially on the top of the deep end by the jump posts. The water is absolutely too hot in the lane pool that is hard to swim and not feel dizzy. On top of that there heaters by the windows which are blowing hot air, and it’s still october! Too uncomfortable! There is not much difference between the therapy pool and lane pool in terms of temperature of water and that is absolutely bizarre. The showers are filthy! There are dirty underwears left in the shower rooms on the floor, hair, dirty tissues and garbage, there is mold, and the showers water pressure is low. On top of that, it is so hard to dispense soap out of the soap containers in the private shower rooms. The floor is not mopped and full of water, dirt, and some garbage. I cannot believe this place has not been open even a year and the workers let this place rot away in such a fast time. There should be a worker on duty mopping the floors in the change/shower rooms after each use if not in between. Plus, the shower rooms. There is plenty of staff at the front, but they are just socializing instead of checking for safety inside. Many locks have been cut off together with the locker tops so many of the lockers cannot be used. Such a pity, cuz the pools are nice but way too hot, dirty, and showers and lockers absolutely disgusting. I will definitely let city of Mississauga know what is happening at this quite...
Read moreWe already used new swimming pool few times. Beautiful building , very nice and clean facilities. We love the warm water, great for adults and small kids. There is only one problem that bothers me a lot and I'm sure would be easly resolve. Last time we went there was yesterday. I my self noticed about 15 person entering the swimming pool without taking shower. And the worst problem is that people are allowed to go to the swimming pool in their clothes. I do understand that there are some religious that are not allowing these people to wear regular bathing suits, but we should stop them from wearing regular clothes. There are lots of different kind of swimming wears , for boys and girls. I don't feel comfortable when I'm in the swimming pool with persons wearing t-shirts and sweat pants . This is not a lake , its a community pool!!!! This should be forbidden. And please ask people to take shower before entering the...
