NEW UPDATE OF MAY 2024 I recently had a HORRENDOUS experience with this pizza place that was not only disappointing but downright illegal. We called in our order for 2 Large pizzas, 20 wings, a 2L Coke, and Mozzarella sticks, and were quoted $49.99 plus tax. With a 13% tax, the total should have been $56.48.

When we received a call that our order was ready, we sent two underage teens to pick it up. While they were there, one of the teens called to inform us that they were being charged $70. Feeling pressured, he gave them $60 just to get the food. This was already over what we were quoted, but the teens felt intimidated into paying it.

I immediately called the restaurant to confirm the total price, and the person on the phone reiterated $49.99 plus tax, which I have a full recording of. However, upon confronting them in person about the price change, the staff claimed the flyer we received the day before was outdated and that the prices listed were merely "for an idea."

They then said the $49.99 was only for the pizza and wings, excluding the rest of the order. This felt incredibly deceitful. When we expressed our concerns, the staff were dismissive, with one lady ranting about how any refund would come out of her pay, which is illegal.

Moreover, they stated the total was set by the boss and was not on a receipt, which we never received. To top it all off, we realized upon leaving that we didn't even receive the mozzarella sticks we paid for.

In every possible way, this place is a total rip-off and operates illegally. WE HAVE MULTIPLE PHOTOS AND VIDEO RECORDS OF ALL OF THIS. AVOID...

This place is odd.

They go by many names on Uber eats but it’s just one place. Seems like a scam to get more business.

I ordered cheesecake once and a chocolate cake came, a few days later I was craving a chocolate cake slice so I ordered the cake again but this time an actual cheesecake came. I think they just buy random cakes from the grocery store and sell whatever they want.

Myself and my roommates have been ordering from here late night after the bar for a long time and the pizza and wings have always been awesome. But last night we decided to actually go in this mysterious place which is just a long hallway into the back kitchen area. And we were kinda concerned. It was not what I expected. It was sketchy. Didn’t seem too clean, and I swear I heard a cloths dryer machine in a cycle as we were ordering. My friends and I were almost thinking the owners live there as there’s a section blocked by a large wall of pizza boxes, and we heard other voices coming from behind there. The customer service was horrible. I had this weird feeling this place wasn’t legit, but based off other reviews I guess it somehow is. I know they failed a health inspection which is also a concern.

Now I’m on the fence about this place because the pizza is bomb but the actual establishment is sketchy and kinda disgusting. Owner should invest in updating that place and prioritize cleanliness rather than just filling pockets. They literally have like 10 iPad there for all their Uber eats businesses. Not sure if that’s legal.

I normally order from here every now and than late nights on Uber Eats or when the budget just doesn't call for a "Larger Chain" option or I just want something good and quick.

Today was the good & quick option as I was already near the Mississauga Location - I called the number listed for the Mississauga location placed my order and was told 10-15 mins it'll be ready - Wicked I waited outside for 15 mins and than proceeded in to the store to see if my food was ready or if they needed a little more time. Upon being greeted by a lady who was busy preparing food I asked if my pick up order was ready - she was dumbfounded.

I told her what my order was she went in to the back and came back to take my order again... ( keep in mind I called the number for this location listed ) She had told me it probably was made in their other location. I left I am not waiting another 15 mins .. I called back the number and asked why if there is 2 locations the location I was picking up from was not confirmed on the phone?

He did apologize and offer to deliver it to my house for free - but that's not the issue.. My time was wasted & I won't be back.. If you're in this area I advise you all to just go to Luca Pizza they won't disappoint.

P.S do not order wings from here unless you do like the...
