Subway — Restaurant in Mississauga

I ordered through uber and upon double checking my order. They missed an item. I called them to confirm my order and informed them, they forgot an item. Was not complaing nor going to get a refund, just wanted to inform them. Instead of asking me to either double check, or simply apologized. I wouldve just let it go. INSTEAD THE MANAGER, yelled at me through the phone, accusing me of lying. Mind u i was not screaming, nor did i have a displeasent tone in my voice. I have been here in the past and today was very upseting and she was extremely unprofessional! I do not appreciate being yelled at through the phone. If you are asking, Yes i called to inform them that they forgot something in my sandwhich bc i enjoyed this place. Instead, all i got was someone yelling at me...But nah never again, either someone needs to talk to her or retrain her on how to deal with...

Not one to ever write a review, but I was astonished in a very positive way by whoever was working at the Fieldgate Subway, today at 5:00 p.m.

Unfortunately I did not get her name, but I wanted to shout out this incredibly organized and hard working employee.

I arrived today to a busy subway, and only her working what seemed like the entire front and back of store. She had a pretty decent line of people, who all seemed to be ordering large items, with many modifications.

This employee professionally dealt with all, quickly and efficiently worked through each order, and best of all, she washed her hands between customers, which sounds rudimentary, but I see being missed at different subways all the time.

Fantastic work, this employee deserves a raise, whoever they are. I hope your boss sees this and identifies you, unfortunately I rushed out and forgot to ask...

This place is horrible and I would NOT recomend anyone go here for food. The customer service is horrible, you feel as if you are bothering anyone by coming in. I stared st the menu at it took 10 minutes for someone to come from the back of the store. The 2 people spent the entire talking while struggming to understand my order and literally got it wrong 5 times. Subway is sulposed to be known for its fresh bread yet my sandwhich was served in a really stale bun which clearly sat out for a day or two. Save your money and...
